It is difficult to manage a dozen different domains without being a superuser. This is topped with the differences certain regions have from an IT perspective.

What we like the most and the main reason for investing in the platform was information sharing and ease of use to access important information.

It's the platform's simplicity and ease of use that are the most striking factors for a regular user like most of our colleagues.

Page layouts are not so flexible and some commonly used widgets are missing (e.g., accordion). It is not possible to configure how channels and pages should be sorted.

Analytics panel is very limited in options / tracking user activities. Integrating Instagram feed require some research and technical knowledge.

Allows me to connect with my team of software development which is overseas fairly easy. Very user friendly and gives you different options to use from.

We need to disconnect and reconnect. There is no warning or pop up message shown and you have to wonder if you are disconnected.

Great Mac and mobile clients. Good integration  with various hardware A/V options, great for conference room setups.

Every once in a while I get an error stating that I can not connect when using the land line option.

Sometimes it can be difficult to set up zoom or Microsoft teams meets with the life-size equipment. Same goes for Google meets.

Easy to use, superior quality. Giving priority to voice quality when the connection is weak is a Lifesize strength.

Having to renewal the license or your conferencing system is useless, the hardware is a little overpriced as well.

High quality video conferencing for a good price.

I regret the recent disappearance on the Lifesize application of the meeting rooms.

Initial set up is very complicated. If it is needed to change the system location or if the settings are changed due to internal problems, it is very difficult to set up again as a user.

When working, the quality is amazing. I like that so many aspects are controllable through remotely.

The software is feature rich. Based off of other video conferencing solutions I have used, Lifesize seems to have more capabilities and strong customer support.

The touch screen microphone, its easy to navigate for end users feedback has told me that its been nice and easy to use which is good.

We have four community stations so we use this every day for briefing and debriefing. We also regularly hold meetings which is a lifesaver for those who work swing and graveyard shifts.

Great quality video conferencing. Integration of all the units into one Console and being able to manage easily.

It is very easy to install and share the meeting links with other participants. The sounds quality is good and video is sufficient.

Software is great, the recent upgrade is fantastic, easy to use and will encourage my staff and guests to use it more.

It is a great product, not cheap at all (licenses + hardware) but it is a good investment for a fast growing business.
