Innovating my management process through IM3 shoot.

Once the orders come into iM3 from different marketplaces, I can then have my warehouse and distribution team start to fulfill these customer demands and requirements in order to pick, pack and ship.

Inventory control is much better than we have ever experienced before.

The inventory processes require more time however the accuracy is much better. What I love about the iM3 team is they listen to our needs such that the software continues to be improved and enhanced.

When I compare it to other SCM platforms I’ve used I do find it smoother. The customer service quality and response speed have been great as well.

With this system part tracking and labor tracking is a huge plus. The overall ease of use is the by far the best part.

Cloud based and mobile integration. We are able to access this program from anywhere which affords us a lot of flexibility.

Inventory management section if used correctly will help you.

Being a cloud based solution makes it simple to access on any device with internet. Great customer service and support team.

Also the customer service. The team at iM3 is very responsive and takes care of issues immediately to get our teams the solutions they need.

Very easy to use system with rich functionality and outstanding customer support.

I like being able to add employees to different jobs, as well as add tasks to different jobs. Also there is the ability to delete invoices fast if there is an error.

Good communication from development related to upcoming features.

The SRTs needs to be updated. The inconsistency of being able to  use all of the features hurts the software.

The system seems to freeze often, gives errors and takes a while to approve things.

The organization of the software is exceptional, the system is very easy to use and learn most importantly, all of the modules connect with one another.

It allowed us to keep better track of parts we owed to our other locations (service trucks), customers (back ordered parts), parts specifically for jobs or over the counter parts sales.

Integration with our IT department has been easy and the features are user-friendly, but at the same time advanced for record keeping and spending tracking.

The system provides an easy way to keep track of our inventory. Able to transfer inventory from the main warehouse over to our service trucks which is nice.

Great customer support, seamless implementation.

All goals have been met through IM3 SCM implementation. My team is thrilled to be utilizing the system for managing our day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment.

It can be difficult to get implemented to a group of users from older software.

Overall, its way better than what we were using. Using parts on the road now doesn't have a huge delay with getting parts back on the truck.

A far superior product than the system we had been using.

Very pleased with IM3 overall, Great product and excellent customer service to help us through any problems and customize features for our company.

There is also the issue if a model year is added than the equipment code is not added. The overall speed of the application can be delayed at times.

We began transitioning from older software about a year ago,  we forget how far we have come.

In the beginning the weak link in the program was the report generation. By working with IM3 customized reports are being developed as our needs change.

The customer service and on boarding process is great.

Ease of use, theoretical correctness, and tight integration with Xero, our accounting and financial reporting software. A differentiator was also the training videos and online support.

Although Unleashedsoftware has a structure which prevents mistakes, it has serious potholes that makes the life really miserable.

It is annoying for me when i need to change or update a code and I am unable to change product codes.

The rep was amazing and helped get rolling quickly and efficiently. Great response to the few issues we had ramping.

It has some problems in adjusting dates as it is very difficult in real-time tracking of stock.

This fails miserably at even the most simple task. There are much better options out there.

Very good integration, especially to Xero. Nice ease of use and easy learning curve which is standard for cloud apps these days.

Assembly of materials especially the auto-assembly feature saves a lot of time I also like the availability of a mobile  app making approval & completion of sales orders super efficient.

It's great for multi warehouse visibility. The ease of use is very helpful with on boarding team members.

It is very quick and effective in its working. It also supports CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

He listened well when I tried to explain the issues, tried different things to fix them, and ensured everything was good to go before finishing up.

I liked the ease of use for daily things. Linked really well with Xero and Shopify.

The way they have dealt with our case is down-right criminal.

Unleashed is great to have from a small business to a large to help with your needs.

Slick UI and very good performance (often an issue with cloud solutions). Apart from the software itself, the customer support is top-notch.

The interface is beautiful and a good deal of the functionality works well. For the money it's still our pick and we are glad we made the jump.

The support is fantastic. I sent a request in at 7:30 in the morning and had a reply with exactly what i wanted at 7:35.

The ability to have a perpetual inventory has transformed how we manage our accounts and allowed us to make better decisions about prices and margins.

We’ve significantly reduced our inventory turn ratio and improved operational efficiencies when accounting for stock levels and improving procurement processes.

It integrates with our accounting program almost instantaneously. The reports are excellent.

Lack of core accounting capabilities unless cannot be connected to banks and also the software randomly renders pages incorrectly.
