Should be simple fixes but just lost of little error messages and the software isn't very forgiving. All customers share a single database in a multi-tenant architecture.

They are quick to respond and the system supports everything we do. We do everything a business to business and business to consumer 3rd party fulfillment company does.

The customer service won't try to fix your problems until you really kick up a stink. It feels like there's a communication gap but I think they just don't want to.

The system is a quite cumbersome, but when you think of all the processes and steps it needs to accomplish,  how could it not be cumbersome.

I also like the fact that Logiwa allows us to control our integrations, we don't have to wait for a support team to enable integration and we can add as many as we want, whenever we want.

There are certain pieces of data that do not flow well between WooCommerce and TradeGecko. The lack of phone customer support at the lower subscription levels is irritating.

Tradegecko is great software and always getting better.

The usability of the software is good. It can handle multiple currencies well.

The interface has a very easy to understand design and it is easier to buy and select items and quantities.

First of all,  you can't just get on the phone with someone when you're having a problem. Everything is through email.

Problems with flow to QBO and no End of Day Report. Who doesn't have an end of day report.

The UI is phenomenal, which makes it super easy to use as a new user.

The back end reporting is the worst I have ever come across in any system.

It integrates really well with the website and accounting package and is easily powerful enough to meet all our future needs. The pricing is reasonable and the help generally useful.

The actual core of the product - keeping track of inventory is not as robust as it needs to be. We have had many problems of bad syncing with shopify and xero.

I loved how easy it was to track my hours and bill to insurance for my therapy services. This program is an organazational lifesavor.

I am very happy and actually am excited to do more with TradeGecko as we grow. If ever stumped, customer support is there to walk me through the trouble shoot.

Our company has been using Trade Gecko for over a year now. This is a great platform to work with, very easy to use and we are happy with the customer service provided.

It was quite limited on putting multiple categories to products so I get lost looking for an item because it can only belong to one category.

If you have a manufacturing and import procedures which involves multi currency use, i strongly recommend to think twice and perform a complete trial before buying their subscription.

Love the error handling - ease of use - if errors occur a detailed sheet is forwarded for review - love the update ability which provides seamless integration with current products/variants online.

No choice to download the documents in different formats, except long procedure via automation, which is an absolute waste of time.
