I like the application, server and even the network flow monitoring of the application. My best part of the application feature is it drill down capability in determine root cause of an issue.

It also keeps you up to date with respect to the top process classes which are consuming CPU and Memory. It is one of the best application monitoring tool.

Able to see JVM memory usage, garbage collection, JVM error, and applications error per tier to associated systems.

It's not user friendly at all. And instrumentation of non-web apps is a slow painful process.

Appdynamics supports many platforms, and it's set up is relatively easy. It also supports customized monitoring, and allows you to build what you need.

It requires a little learning curve in the beginning but it has a very user friendly dash board and things gets easy when you have spent ample amount of time on this application.

It is very easy to install and integrate with application. It will monitor application API, database and server.

No access to get AppD DB for capturing specific things. Scenario - I want my URL or API to be send in the app d alert but there is no provisioning , i raised ticket as well, but so far no provision.

The good thing about the tools is its integration with the load runner tool for performance testing. We can get the exact method and class names from the code which helps in finding the bottleneck.

I like that it is really easy to implement, add AppDynamics agent to your code manifest and it starts to monitor your application. Easy to set up triggers for events which should be monitored.

The UI is fairly intuitive making it easy to find what your looking for. Integration is also fairly easy through the use of setup wizards for their agents.

Sometimes could be difficult to troubleshoot it if they agent cannot start with JVM process.

One negative point that I can see is that the Lite version records data from only the last two hours, that´s not enough.

It is best for a small organization. It has the best quality of customer service.

Overall this is a great way to make your life easier. You can connect and work remotely with your devices and keep connected.

Moving from cloud to privately hosted Blynk server might turn out to be problematic for users with no computer systems background.

Overall, I have good experience with this IoT software. I did my project greatly and received rewards from my lecture.

Hardware/software projects are difficult to begin with. Blynk has alleviated a lot of this for the initial attempt of a new project.

What I experienced is the server is losing so often.

Blynk is a great app that you can control IOT (Internet of Things Devices) like ESP8266 or Arduino development boards.

Very easy pre programmed scripts almost for every projects available or little modification required, secured and reliablilty in connection. Smooth and easy interfaces like button,guages and charts.

This tool is great to learn as there are many tutorials on social media platforms like youtube, facebook etc and it has great community support.

It can not be easier to develop IoT solutions including great looking user interface. The concept of buying electrical energy for more sophisticated apps has very high value for money.

There are still functionalities missing. The storage and interfaces with REST for example to use other APIs.

Some occasional bugs and having no feedback about the problems can be frustrating.

I don't have very many bad things to say about this software. The only thing is I find myself wanting to customize my interface even more.

Nice widgets are there to make all trackers about your project. You will have a nice dashboard if you try this.

The pricing is also very competitive compared to other offerings. Also supports a great range of hardware.

I had one problem when I did my project. It was when I used bluetooth HC05 as a wireless connector between My arduino and blynk.

Great community and documentation to make all over the web. Great looking app with impressive flexibility.

Had some problems with my device been inaccessible while Blynk server was offline. It happened two times but lasted no more than 10 min.

For development or personal use - it is practically free - and if you have a local server it is totally free. The community is great and the Blynk people are FAST to respond and help.

API is intuitive and well documented. The system is fast, stable and responsive.
