  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and they are constantly innovating and adding new features. The scheduling functionality is reliable and consistent.
  • I was able to setup the software and started to use it in 1 day. The user guide is really helpful specially the case studies.
  • Cons

  • The data cannot be easily exported out easily to a excel format making it a bit difficult to extract data. Also getting other users to manage their jobs was getting difficult.
  • Since the product is so diverse and can do so much, it can be really hard to get started using the product.

  • Several times we have used logz.io to track down issues in real time with ease. In addition, if you have a suggestion or question, the response time is outstanding.
  • Easy to use, intuitive tool helps us and is very useful in what we propose to do. We're reasonably satisfied.
  • Cons

  • Subscription plans should be more progressive, sometimes if the maximum event ingestion is met, the events are lost.
  • Logz.io SIEM offers a wide range of customization possibilities, however setting and fine-tuning some functions can be difficult and time-consuming.
