At the moment there is no report that I can print what all my grooming appointments are for the day INCLUDING  those extra add on services.

The most frustrating part of the software is no text message reminders for confirming appointments and no way to schedule appointments directly on the calendar.

Program has flags for customers that have a discount, also great because staff can read up how the dog is fed.

Ability to integrate with website. Multitude of service options.

Interface with QuickBooks online and with MailChimp; general ease of use; good reporting capabilities.

Really a waste of money really mad I actually paid money to use this program.

It is very user friendly and the customers have a lot of control in their own accounts. It is fairly customizable.

Amazing price, amazing program, and amazing response when you have a questions (Although the software is so easy to use, that we rarely ask for anything).

I have tried a few different programs, this is by far the best. Easy to navigate and enter new clients.

The reports are amazing to use. Emails to the customers works flawlessly, and we have customers using the customer portal to book appointments and they love it.

Also love how easy it is to track outstanding balances, secure vaccination records and our clients love having their own personal dashboard to manage their pets' visits.

They have offered new things (incident report) which we a smart idea and we love it and are using it now for complaints so we can be on top of the issue asap.

For example, there is no way to block clients from submitting reservations when you are going to be closed for a period of time.

I dislike the new kennel view style - it is confusing to me.
