It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.

Practical, customizable, and good value for the money.

It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.

I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.

It's a steady process but all aspects are saving our company time and money. AR is easy to see and clients have fewer questions about projects.

Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.

It has the essential features we need to manage project time and budgets. In general, it is a solid and reliable product.

In nutshell, we are at the stage of learning  this software. There is much to offer and the user has to learn to make the best use of Core.

Customer support is great, they are able to guide us and withing seconds to minutes we are able to validate the solution provided.

There is a slight input lag in the software that is a bit annoying.

Ease of use with excellent support. We extensively use it for easy to use time tracking and robust invoicing features.

BQE Core has many features, some of which we are still learning about and how they can benefit our team. The customer service is outstanding, as are the webinars in a variety of topics.

Anytime I need any help with the software and whenever I have contacted BQE custom support team they have been very helpful.

The BQE company has been very responsive to suggestions and is making steady improvements. It is nice to use software that gets better over time.

We like that there is a lot of control over how we set up our projects and the integration options available through Core.

I especially liked liked the Link to QuickBooks.

This custom report is a great tool for us… color coded – RED, showing when over budget (time or ‘not to exceed’ contract fee).

Training has been very supportive and useful. Support has been very helpful and quick to respond and follow-up.

In the project structure, a separate tool to move a phase up or down (rather than the grab and drop). The AR invoices to automatically sort to open status only (not all invoices).

The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).

Tech support is the best I've ever experienced. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Invoicing process is a huge improvement from AA, creating/editing drafts, the ability to change invoice date & number, emailing directly through Core has saved me a huge amount of time.

Free online walkthrough with helpful staff. Visually appealing dashboards with a great variety of variations and options.

Looks beautiful and it has been a wonderful first few months in Core.

Pay a little more for the monthly charges then you won't be gouged for a couple thousand dollars of unsatisfactory  product.

Customer support is wonderful and prompt. Lots of one on one training options that will walk you through everything you need.

This software has lot of features and the best part is you can pick and choose the features that best fit your business. Although, Core is feature rich it is amazing how intuitive this software is.

The software is just fine, but the best part is the service we receive. I have had not one but many pleasant experiences of working with support.

We are benefiting from Scheduled reports, epayments, batch updates, batch everything!, ease of workflows and the tap to talk app for exceptional support. Coming from BQ, CORE is amazing.

The ease of pulling up the needed date  is definitely helpful.

I've encountered issues in the past that have affected prior year's data and researching is extremely time consuming.

No real changes to suggest as of yet. There is already a lot to absorb.

This is fairly intuitive for a non-programming type of user. Results have been good and reliable.

This is one point solution for time and expense, things are integrated and aligned well for both employees and employers to clients.

BQE has been a blessing because it is easy to use. We have access to all the company data from one software which saves us a lot of time.

We are also excited to try the CRM features of Core making sure all our business processes from prospects (earning new business) to existing clients are handled in one integrated software.

I moved from PCLaw (then a different web-based program) and looked, at all the major and minor players. This works great for me.

I like the intuitive interfaces and clear direction. Some lawyers are not particularly in tune with technology, so these simple interfaces and directions help keep frustrations low.

Customer support is excellent. And the price is a fraction of other online providers.

LeanLaw is great for our firm because it does not have all the extra bells and whistles of other programs. I find that these other options are rarely used and unnecessarily complicate the software.

The product is easy to set up and easy to use. The integration with Quickbooks is great - it made it possible for me to confidently use Quickbooks, which I had never used before.

The software does everything I need and meshes well with Quickbooks. Most of all, the customer service is really great.

The best feature is the customer support. We have seen the team working to address any unique issues my firm may present.

The fixed fee template is confusing, at least to me.

I like that the service doesn't have too many bells and whistles. All I need it for is time tracking and submitting bills/invoices to Quickbooks.

I contact customer support sometimes and they are responsive and personable.

The software provides good reporting and is easy to use.

The only thing I don't like about the software is that I don't have 1000 clients yet and a billion in operating.

The online version of Quickbooks  is more difficult to use than the computerized version.

It connects with QuickBooks Online seamlessly, which helps avoid the timely duplication we experienced with our previous software. It is also very user-friendly.

The Quickbooks integration can be difficult to navigate, and anytime you need to make a change to an invoice, you have to do so in QBO. It cannot be done in Lean Law.

Using LeanLaw has significantly cut down the hours spent invoicing clients. It's a user-friendly interface, the customer service is excellent, and the software is cost-effective.

They helped me very quickly and confidently launch my solo law practice in 2017. When I relaunched the practice in 2020, all of my information was restored automatically.

Had an employee resign and was given a quick tutorial to get us through the week.

I really like the ease of the program and I love how it integrates with Quickbooks.

As a result we are working through switching. We would keep the software maybe but the inability to work with other accounting software makes it impossible.

Asking for help and getting a REAL person in 5 minutes is amazing.

Ease of use (particularly timers), per license cost, continuing feature growth.
