  • Pros

  • Very impressed with the Execvision customer service.
  • I really enjoy the ease of use and the fact that it is better than other products I have used.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes when it is very busy information can become misinterpreted.
  • It takes time for the calls to be uploaded into ExecVision which can be frustrating because in the moment you want to figure out where your call went wrong before you proceed with more calls.

  • The admin console can view all connected sessions, admin user can join any session or monitor any tech. Reporting system is amazing re connected sessions or the techs performance.
  • I'd go to say it's 100% one of the best remote support software money can buy.
  • Cons

  • There are alternatives that are significantly less expense, however, you get what you pay for.
  • There is only a few things that were difficult with the product. My main concern was with the UX.
