  • Pros

  • It's easy to install, and the support team is helping. The user interface is nice.
  • Good solid connections with customers. Feel comfortable to know they have received some information.
  • Cons

  • There wasn't anything I found that I dislike so far. But it can take some time to figure everything out.
  • Sometimes it's unclear for me how my customers see my messages after they've left the chat. But I should probably look more into this myself.

  • This is a great software, when helps me and my team to have a better communication.
  • You have many options to work with. It is perfect for companies, but also it is perfect for personal uses.
  • Cons

  • No straightforward integration with SharePoint. Electron client app only, so notifications are a bit lacking.
  • Also, for those of us who do have cameras, the default initial setting for a call should be camera OFF for heavens sake. There have already been a couple of embarrassing accidents.
