Great Customer Service and Easy to use
Although it started off rocky, Overall I’ve had a good experience. Mainly do to the customer service received. The fact that I can set up voicemails and able to identify the calls specifically for my business when they come into my phone. Officetree works great for my needs
PROSEasy to use, Customer service responds quickly. After the free trial there were charges that I did not understand. I reached out to customer service and received a response that was unclear and frustrating. When I responded explaining that it didn’t make sense, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] jumped in to explain the billing thoroughly. I was unclear that each user cost an additional amount. Once that was explained I was able to make the proper decision for my business needs. Anytime I have a concern I receive a prompt response from customer service. My number was disconnected due to a change in my card that I forgot to update with Officetree, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was able to get my number reconnected in the middle of the night within a few hours of my inquiry.
CONSI would suggest that the billing be explained prior to being billed to prevent confusion. I also don’t like that we have to pay extra for each user.

PROSI didn't like anything with this service.
CONSI immediately filed a ticket to close the account as I didn't like anything about it. They did respond but it was because they required for me to inform them specifically on what I didn't like. I responded that I didn't like the service and to cancel. That's when I get a notification that my bank account has been charged $50.00. No answer on their phone number so I put in another ticket and this is their response, "Hi. We understand you inquired about the $50 you paid for service credits with Officetree. That was a nonrefundable payment you made at the time of your order, as stated on the page where you entered your credit card number. Your order did not have any "trial" -- which we don't offer with our telephone service because we incur costs when we immediately purchase a number for a customer. We do, however, offer a guarantee to ensure that technically the number will work for your purposes. Even that requires you work with our technical team at least once to try to resolve any issue you are having, which did not occur in your case. Please understand your ordered a service from us which was provided. We cannot just "return" a service and we also have no record of any technical issues. Your service credit purchase can still be used for other Officetree servics. We offer 5 software applications to which you may subscribe with your same username. We hope this addresses your question. Have a nice day." Another ticket has been placed as they still haven't closed my account

We did try to understand what you didn't like because most everyone loves our service and when someone does not, then we understandably ask about any missing features they desire. We are very responsive to our customers. In any event, you'll find you were promptly refunded on your credit card (even before we learned of your review). We hope you and the team at Strategic Assessment Solution Svcs (strategicsvcs.com) will update this review accordingly.

New to Office Tree and appreciate the customer service
I'll have more to say about the product itself but the customer service is what I'm extremely satisfied with and want to highlight.
PROSI like the customer service best so far. I haven't dove into all the features yet but so far, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super-responsive, helpful, and walks me through everything.
CONSNothing yet. I only received one phone call and because I wasn't notified on my cell that it was a business call, I answered my cell phone like a spammer was caller. You know "that" tone. Thankfully, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], helped me adjust the settings so my 833 number shows up so I can answer those calls cheerfully and professionally.

Signed Up One Day - Username Not Available The Next
TERRIBLE. Access to my account is non-existent and they are not fixing it in a timely manner.
PROSI haven't had a chance to try it out. I signed up for a business phone number, provided my bank card, and have not been able to sign in since.
CONSI have had a ticket into them for over 24 hours, and time is money in business! They keep telling me to reset my password and to try different browsers. I am getting the run around. They acknowledge I have an account, but they are not FIXING my access to my account.

Perhaps you missed some of our email replies. Please check your email junk folder. We even refunded you in full per your request, without delay. Nothing was wrong so we're surprised by your 1 star review which seems to be rather unfair of BeachDecorStuff.com. We provided a great phone service, offered immediate customer support and even refunded you in full. Others love our fast, 7 days / week support but we're sorry it was not right for you or that perhaps you missed our responses.

Easy and efficient, great customer support
I found that I have to listen to all messages and options when calling for support and to make sure and check my spam folder so I can be sure to see a response, they are timely if one knows where to look.
PROSIt was relatively easy to set up my account and have it functional within the first day. I signed up for digital business phone routing. I liked that I could pick out a local working number and have it routed to my personal cell phone and see who was calling.
CONSThe only thing that would make this better is visual text message routed to my phone in case someone wasn't comfortable leaving a voicemail.

Horrible Customer support and Scam like Practices
I signed up for Office Tree's free trial of their $25/mo plan and ended up getting charged for their most expensive plan of $50/mo. I tried calling their hotline, left voicemails, and even sent emails and no one returned my calls or tried to help me. I have 3 tickets open for months which no one has looked at. Now for some reason, I'm getting charged $100+ when they don't even have a plan that goes that high. I run a small company and we keep a close eye on our budget so to see random charges like this is not okay. This company scams you and offers zero billing and technical support. I would stay away.
PROSI would not recommend this company. I suggest going with an established and reputable company
CONSThis company lies about a free trial. Zero customer support. I can't cancel my account so now I have to go through my bank. They keep charging me random amounts.
