Simplicity in setting up Operators/Users. The 10-Day Free Trial was a great opportunity to test out the system.

I love using it and setting it up. We now have 3 accounts with you.

For a small business like ours, that is a big help because we are not always able to be in the office just to handle chat questions.

I like the ability to receive the off-hours or off-line email. I like the quality of the Transcripts.

Provide Support is cost effective and easy to implement.

There was no possibility to transfer chat to another person,  only invite and you have to sit together in the room, makes no sense, only distraction.

Wonderful save for the UTM issue that (when we called to ask if it was fixable) is a deal-breaker.

It is an affordable price and comes with quick and responsive client service.

It is not clear how to add/delete/edit operators. Also the sound played for a chat is annoying and can easily be confused with a phone.

The API, that allows me to build into our system. Has been running flawlessly for over 5 years.

We have Provide Support for years now and still feel that it is worth every penny. It is not expensive and billed every three months.

You can set auto responses and what to do if operators aren't available or don't answer. Integration with our Drupal website was easy.

Provide support is exceptionally easy to use for a customer service agent which is the primary reason we chose to use it.

Provide Support's own staff have been extremely helpful over the years, helping us implement and use their system effectively.

Oh yes i recall the incoming chat ringing was awful.

Limited feature limited adjustments like themes. There could be some adjustments here.

They provide an excellent web site chat and customer support product for enhancing any small company's web customer service and sales operation.

Integration with our web host was quick and simple. I am able to monitor traffic on the site as well as communicate with my customers anytime as I have it on my desktop as well as Ipad and Iphone.

Great user experience, they are always improving the software. Unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.

On a rare occasion, customers have reported that they were unable to open links sent through podium. It is my belief that this was likely user error on their end as I have not experienced this issue.

When I asked to stop the service, they did not cooperate and stock to their 3 months required notification to stop the service.

So far my favorite thing about Podium is how accessible the Customer Support team is. They have answered all my questions so for.

The review integration with facebook and google is excellent. We are able to send review invitations via text and respond to them within the app.

My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned.

It has opened more opportunities for us to gain clientele.

They have been super responsive innovative and helpful. We have added over 3k+ reviews and respond to reviews in a matter of minutes.

The staff is great and very responsive. Really like the interface and ease of use of the system.

It's great that we can gain new leads through the software and that our customers receive an auto-reply, even when we are not in the office.

The cost is inexpensive and it really does help get reviews.

Very simple and intuitive the amount of useful links is nice to have.

Some customers complain about leaving a Google review because they don't remember their Google login.

And trying to cancel is almost impossible. There's no means on their website to cancel the service.

All you remember was the final service and it is horrible.

Incredibly User Friendly, Helps keep contact while being professional, Easy Up-to-date version of communicating with clients.

I would like the presentation email to the client to be more professional and legitimate looking. Some of my clients have mistaken it for spam.

The ease of sending and receiving information to and from our customer base has been a great tool for me.

I love the ability to customize templates so that we can reach out to and respond to customers in a personalized, however unified voice, no matter who in the office is responding.

They have amazing customer service and training sessions for businesses starting out, great customization and options for all types, and helpful with seeing the progress from the client's view.

Their team handled the whole integration for us and now it is fully automated and harvesting reviews at a record pace. Fantastic support and dedicated account rep.

I like most about it it is user friendly and the clients like it also to communicate with us instead of using the phone or leaving messages.

Numerous but the main attraction is that it keeps the writers writing and someone else doing the matching. Great product for the money.

I like the ease of reaching and communicating with customers. It is very user friendly.

It helps keep reviews in one place and track. They also have the greatest customer service and are incredibly helpful.

Our guests seem happy with having this option. It's easy to use and makes responding to inquiries much quicker.

Customer rep was very helpful in explaining the Podium software.

Mostly worked well and had pretty good interface with website for chat as well.

The ability to send money requests to customers is very important. The constant communication from customers asking questions we are ready to answer also helps draw customers into the shop.

Overall I would recommend this app for companies who are struggling to get some good reviews about your company. This certainly will help.

It has been awesome that our young tech savvy employees are comfortable with this software but that it is easy enough for our older employees to use as well.
