The greatest benefit to Abas, from our point of view, is the flexibility.

It has been more than 8 months since we migrated on this software and there are still numerous problems. The basic software is an empty shell.

This is the great and powerful system with different ways and options. You can create your own interface.

Abas ERP captures so much detailed information, allowing us to create customized reporting. The customer support personnel have been amazing to work with.

Easy to use and easy to learn and good for new beginner in ERP.

I believe the quality of them ERP system considering it’s competitors’ prices are great and can leave SMEs with a fullfiled inventory management system.

I can say that we have a great deal of confidence in the information in our system, which is something we never had with our previous system.

As far as I know we didn't have any major blackouts during the last ten years which, of course, is really positive.

From sales to implementation we have had nothing but failures. First day installation of sandbox failed.

Everytime you add or remove a feature, everything else goes crazy. Sometimes adding features can be extremely difficult and you will need to be well verse in coding.

The best are the technical training courses where they teach 'higher-level' users (like the system admins from their clients) how to program customizations for themselves.

We decided to use abas ERP because it provides all the necessary functions for a mid-market manufacturer like Pankl and from our point of view it has a really good cost/performance ratio.

Easy to use great integration with other systems.

After going to the training workshops in Virginia and coming back home with training manuals that did not match the system was frustrating.

As somebody wrote in another review the colors really hurt your eyes. Of course, that is only a minor issue which I can overlook if it was the only problem.

Easy to start small and scale up when required. Gives good easy to understand insight into what is actually happening on the machines.

The staff are very helpful and are always in contact to ensure we are happy with the product.

I wish I had more time in my day to find faults with fourjaw, it really is simple and straightforward to use. My only problem is im too busy too implement the latest functions.

Ability to manage document and generate valuable operations reports is excellent through FourJaw functionalities.

The most ofen hardware appears to have remedied this particular issue, but the prior hardware required FourJaw to install it because it was more difficult to set up.

Customer service is brilliant. The fourjaw team are available anytime to help.

Product is very easy to use and provides great background information to form discussions around when looking at machine utilisation i.e. the actual time the tools are removing metal.

The original hardware was more complex to set up and had to be installed by FourJaw but the latest hardware seems to have resolved this particular problem.

Data is presented very clearly and has already identified gaps/weaknesses within our manufacturing process that we can work on to become more profitable.
