Agatha understands the needs of start-ups

The team at Agatha is focused on delivering for their clients. They are responsive and helpful. I am very happy that I choose to partner with Agatha.

PROS

Agatha's system is easily accessible to you wherever you may be in the world, it is user friendly and customizable. It was designed with the end user in mind, and it is constantly being evaluated for improvements.

CONS

There could be built in help features within the system to help the user with navigation/functionality instead of having to always go to the user manual.

Reason for choosing Agatha Applications

The ability to customize what our organization needed today, with the knowledge that we could grow organically with the system as out company grows and our needs changed. Also, the team at Agatha is top notch and truly cares about meeting the needs of their clients.

Agatha: Flexible Modules and Great UI

PROS

BeyondSpring is a fast-growing company, and we find our needs are rapidly evolving. Agatha provides a platform that suits our needs: it's scalable and flexible. The Agatha team responds quickly to any product configuration requests, and testing changes has a quick turnaround. The UI is another major selling point: based on employee feedback, we're told the UI has vastly improved over the years since we started using it; the current UI is easy to navigate and responsive. Agatha is our one-stop solution to TMF management and Employee Training records.

CONS

The overall Chinese UI support needs improvement; some things which work great in the native English UI have issues in Chinese. The UI for certain Administrative Settings still seems to use an older UI that is laggy and sometimes unresponsive. Certain Administrative Settings also require Agatha personnel to manually trigger, which I think if BeyondSpring can trigger from the client side, can save everyone some time and effort. Fortunately, overall these minor admin issues have minimal impact on our employees using the Agatha system.

OK Software for TMF

Customer service is great. System is not amazing.

PROS

Allows for sites to have an ISF as well.

CONS

Lacks many features and workflow choices we would prefer.

Agatha eTMF and Agatha remote at Optos

Overall, a very positive experience with Agatha Clinical. Great support to the team for the delivery of clinical studies.

PROS

Great customer support from the deployment phase all the way to resolving issues and customising selected functionalities. Great flexibility while discussing product upgrades tailored to the company needs. Documentation management functionalities along with the addition of remote monitoring enabled clinical research associates and clinical trial managers to achieve a more efficient workflow. Great documentation history and audit logs to track the use of the system.

CONS

While very user friendly for standard users, the admin part of the software can be a bit tricky and does require some time to get used to. This is mostly because of the level of customisation that is available to admin users. The release of the new user interface has definitely improved the usability of the admin side of the software.

Reason for choosing Agatha Applications

Because of the level of customisation offered when setting up templates/functionalities/processes that were tailored to the requirements of the clinical team.

Easy to integrate! Great team to work with!

PROS

The system had a lot of the features we needed out the box and required limited configuring / setup. I have lead and contributed to many system implantation with large, mid and small companies and this was the easiest. Additionally, the system is very user friendly which made training new users very easy. The software really considers best practices, so it was easy to integrate to into our current processes and no configuration required. This also made validation a lot easier. Furthermore the service we get from team was exceptional.

CONS

Would love additional reporting capabilities, however this is an available upgrade.

Agatha Clinical is Easy to Use and keeps our eTMF Organized

Working with Agatha Clinical is efficient, easy to use, and adaptable. Working with their customer support team is always excellent. They are always responsive and happy to provide help when needed.

PROS

I work specifically with Agatha eTMF on a daily basis and it has made filing for our studies seamless and efficient. It's easy to navigate, file documents and export reports.

CONS

I would like there to be a way to create a document rendition during the document upload process to minimize additional workflows.

Agatha eTMF at Enlivex

Agatha's eTMF application helps us organize study-specific documentation at all levels (study, country, site) and enables us to collaborate internally and with CROs.

PROS

The clean and minimalist interface is a big plus in comparison to other services.

CONS

The lack of automation in several components, e.g. automatic update of PDF rendition.

Agatha eTMF Review

Working with Agatha allows us to centralize all our clinical documentation on a secure electronic platform that complies with local regulations. We can access any document remotely via the platform and be sure that no information is missing.

PROS

The compliance of the software with regulatory requirements is a great advantage.

CONS

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right artefact to implement a specific document. It takes some time to get used to the taxonomy.

The customer service is amazing, whenever I email, I receive friendly and helpful advice and support! Makes Agatha that bit more special.

PROS

So easy to collaborate with sites. It is user friendly, so all sites can easily upload documents.

CONS

As mentioned previously, there are two things that come to mind: essential documents being marked to keep track, ideally this would be in like a table format across the different sites, so we can easily see what is missing. & the documents automatically transferring into the appropriate folders form ISF to eTMF.

The price, ease of use and how intuitive the system is, and most especially how helpful and responsive the customer support is.

I wish there was a more detailed user guide - one which I can refer to with steps, specs, etc. since I've forgotten many of the things I learned during the demo and training.

Agatha Clinical Review

PROS

Agatha Clinical had the features we wanted for an eTMF and eISF system. It's easy to use. The Customer Success Manager we have is fantastic to work with. Everything is electronic! We don't have to ship site regulatory binders to the sites.

CONS

We haven't encountered any issues with Agatha Clinical.

QMS Software

PROS

Currently, we are building the application to meet our CAPAs and Deviations. Although we have not yet gone live, the support we get from Agatha is exceptional, and they have been able to meet the majority of our needs in a simple, useful, and economical application.

CONS

Currently, we have not run into any items that I would classify as not liking least. We have had bumps along the way, as with any software, but the Agatha support team has been there for us and solved any items that have arisen, quickly, and efficiently.

Reason for choosing Agatha Applications

Atgatha for the storage of documents was already in place. As Agatha was builiding a QMS module, and for a reasonable price for a small pharmaceutical, it made perfect sense to move forward with the build. The demonstration we received provided clear evidence the QMS module could meet our needs.

Agatha eTMF - a great resource!

Agatha has been a great company to work with. Their customer service is top-notch and very responsive. They have been with us every step of the way as we have integrated their system into our business processes. The software is intuitive and easy to use and they continue to add additional features and functionality.

PROS

The software is easy to set up, manage, and is very intuitive.

CONS

I would love to see a feature to allow for tracking of signature and/or expiration dates as a way to easily identify documents that may need to be renewed.
