Pros
- I like how the workbenches make it easy to navigate to different areas without leaving the screen you're on.
- Workwise Role-Based ERP is simple ERP software that is easy to use.
Cons
- This has caused some issues where WorkWise support staff cannot answer questions. We eventually get there, just takes more time and can be frustrating.
- You have very limited options when printing as everything has to be pre-defined for email/faxing and your only option at time of printing is to by-pass those presets and choose a physical printer.
Pros
- Very good personable support. Features are present for bare bones usage effectively.
- The support while implementing the software was one thing I like most. The team with isoTracker was available to help with any and all questions I had.
Cons
- When sorting, it is frustrating that when you go back, you have to enter the sort requirements every time. For example, if i am sorting by AUDI, i have to re-enter AUDI every time.
- There is no capability to copy folders or folder structure.
