AutoCAD is very easy and friendly in use, there is very easy command in AutoCAD which I love the most.

There is a problem of not having all the fonts available when downloading the program and the need to download other fonts separately in order to open some layouts, especially for Arabic fonts.

Its most important positive feature is ease of use and speed of learning by memorizing and understanding shortcuts.

I enjoy drawing in 2D and 3D and I especially enjoy creating building plans and this software is excellent for these purposes.

The software keys getting better and easier to use with multiple ways to use the software (online, desktop, mobile). The price can be prohibitive for those who only have occasional usage like myself.

I experienced program crash on my computer sometimes and it leads data&time loss for user.

Not a free version for small business or discounted price. Always auto-save problem and lost projects.

The biggest disadvantage of AutoCAD is that it comes with a lot of problems, which is to be expected from a tool that can do so much. It seems reasonable to me.

The ease of use of AutoCAD was the best part of the software, when I came in as a new user, it was very easy to get going and learn.

The line style selection can be confusing as the line style chosen may not reflect properly when exported. The cursor snapping options can be confusing/ bothersome sometimes.

I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.

This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most.

Ease of use and visibility. I am able to automate the work delegation and dispatch.

It somewhat of a very rigid system, very limited customization allowed.

The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.

The information was described and explained very well. The instructors made you feel comfortable thru the process and made sure you was understanding the programming before continuing.

App is hard to read, but necessary for pictures etc. I don’t like having to set up so many dispatch types asking operators to scroll down 30 options may cause issues.

I have not run across anything yet that I'm displeased with.

Overall, L2L helps manufacturing sectors to reach their daily goals. Most of the standard features available are fully developed and work flawlessly.

We use to schedule our PMs on equipment and to log all work done for breakdowns and scheduled PMs. It is  easy to use and customer service is great.

We have had a great experience with support and the navigation thru the software, its very user friendly and the staff is awesome.

The Support / response for developing new items are very poor5. The Kaizen module does not recognize duplication of suggestions6.

Overall I feel like l2l is a positive change to having logbooks and is fairly straight forward and easy to use as well as easy to access when needed.
