It was easy to integrate into our business and all the various aspects of it connect seamlessly with one another. On the rare occasions that we need it, the customer service is quick and efficient.

We really liked the simple integration with Xero and the fact that it could manage the shop floor well.

The ability of Flowlens to simply manage our procurement activities, supplier interactions and ordering in general is fantastic.

It's straight forward to use and very accessible. If you're looking for a functional and robust MRP system, I'd recommend Flowlens.

The simple layout and ease of use with great functionality.

Not having a none nettable location for your reject parts as they will show up in your total amount. Scanning  not being a function at present.

Very intuitive software to learn. Clean and clear layout and menu presentation.

The user interface is clear and intuitive and won't scare away first-time users. Compared to other offerings  there are not lots of unused boxes/fields or white space taking screen space.

Users have found it very easy to learn, its very intuitive. We found this a very positive feature especially for some users who do not use the system on a daily basis.

Before we used Flowlens it was hard to keep track of all the quotations we had been sending out therefore we were not able to followup enquiries.

The service side of the system does function for us but it sometimes feels like the poor relative.

We use this mainly for the Sales Order function, which once set up correctly can pre-populate the full specifications of our products and the prices to save time and effort.

You only need to give certain people access to certain elements keeping the user interface focussed to their role. The response of support has been excellent whenever we have needed to ask a question.

We use the system for everything from holding a parts database to selling vehicles. The system integrates with our Quickbooks system beautifully which saves us hours of inputting stuff.

I couldn't have asked for a better product/service when setting up Denatec and also it's contribution to the company's success.

Integration with Xero for accountancy is flawless.

Flowlens has given us a great platform with which to align our processes.

Simple to enter details , on the desk top picture of where we are , fantastic reporting and quick and easy to use.

Outstanding level of service and friendly staff who are keen to take ideas into their development plan. There have been a number of good developments over the 2 years I've used it.

The feature I don't like is the email integration process - it's easy to mail out from the software but it uses a Flowlens mailbox which can be confusing.

Enterprise Resource Planning with low cost and lite features that is not too cumbersome.

I enjoy the overall ease of use that Syspro provides for importing customer's orders in to our system. We are able to quickly take a customer's purchase order and convert it to a streamlined format.

I have found Syspro to be an excellent middle level enterprise resource planning solution for our company.

There are lots of companies that offer Syspro integration out of the box, and the user base is a great community.

There support is great and the staff is very helpful. They always seem to go out of their way to be sure I am taken care of.

Overall it is a very good software for the money and easy to use with plenty of customization options available.

You can easily create customized features and external applications using your own programming tools like Visual Studio but that integrate seamlessly with Syspro.

Almost everything can be exported to excel for easy reporting functions. Integrates well with sharepoint, which is a big plus to our company.

Business objects allow you to enforce strict data schemas so you can be confident that inbound data meets the Syspro standards - you only want good data going in.

A  bad implementation can lead to a bad experience with this product.

We have been able to develop numerous add ons and custom applications that add real value to our Syspro implementation. Like any major ERP software, Syspro cannot be everything to everyone.

There is nothing that I am aware of that I would consider as a negative to the service that they provided.

Fortunately, Syspro gives you a very robust business object framework to deal with these situations.

The features are limited so I look forward for more upgrade.

The online help is robust, and the online forums are available for technical help.

The vendor is very responsive to the needs of the user and quick to resolve issues that are presented.

Try to avoid custom modifications if you can, it's difficult to upgrade and expensive with having to have the custom mods re-compiled every time.

International development across countries ends up producing a varied interaction with the product. Lack of consistency in the interface that is sometimes bothersome.

It is very user friendly and easy to learn. And it allows me to view the up to date inventory at any time.

Syspro integrated all the necessary information as you need it. I like how I handle its customization feature to be more understandable.

Upon doing so, many users lost permissions. We have a service contract with Syspro (directly, not through a VAR), and they told us it should not have done that.

Per above, user friendly and easy to navigate. Service has been timely and effective.

We are the rare company that is in the middle - we don't hate Syspro, but we don't like it either.

Powerful software that is not reliant on online servers.

The software is extremely powerful for the price and the software and customer support are top notch.

While the core functionality is extensive and varied the ability to quickly build new features that tie directly into Syspro is a sure way to improve your ROI.

In situations where more complex or different functionality is needed, Syspro makes it very easy to integrate with third-party softwares.

I found it at first a little hard to know how to use it, I found I would accidentally delete fields in my search area screen and not know how I did it and how to get it back.
