Though now largely adequately functional, the identification and development of interfaces to external systems was both confusing and time-consuming.

Standard product is comprehensive and is able to take care of a lot of business requirements.

The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.

Cloud Option: it is important to have a cloud option for customers. Integration: ION integrations with BOD(xml) and API are a groundbreaking Tool for communicating with other software.

Best one go for it no doubt such a successful softer ware in the market.

I liked the user friendly features of Infor LN. Being a totally new user, I was able to adapt to it very quickly.

Ease of use, complete ERP solutions , easy modules and session, customisation.

Our internal processes are now stronger such as delivery note, production order, invoicing process. Inventory system, cost estimation, human and material ressources planification.

Infor LN has been great as I am able to generate immediate reports.

The implementation with a local distributor in Thailand has been painful. Project managers change frequently, any type of customization is idfficult.

After using it for a bit more of time I found it easy to use and it responded quickly when releasing assets.

Ease of use - Met requirements that we had in moving from Baan - The implementation was very smooth.

I've been using BAAN/LN for a decade, coming from SAP, and has been a hard walk.

We are satisfied with all the report output we get. They have also worked with us with regard to good pricing breaks and customer support is excellent when we need help or fix on the software.

The most we missed was the more complex EDI module and the lack of advanced workflows within the standard.

This ERP can be a great asset to a company if it is set up right. A lot of flexibility for customization and the very vast list of features.

LN is a very good fit for companies operating in multiple countries and in my different industries.

If your business process does not follow the LN system exactly, it is a struggle. The system is difficult to adjust or modify to suit your specific needs.

The pre-sales engagement with Infor was good, particularly with getting to grips with the underlying business strategies to be supported through new systems.

We are able to integrate third party software by using BOD messages and adding business logic with Extensibility.

System is very customisable, additional functionalities could be fast implemented, programming adjustments is very easy.

I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.

Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.

A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.

It is the best system of record for PM related information and to build a process in. A great way to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured & organized.

Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.

Low user rights of contributors, i.e. missing the option of having more makers.

It's been great and has been helping my company stay aligned on product priorities.

The Productboard has a beautiful interface design and is very easy to use.

Well designed and easy to use software. It gives all of the features I need and has a depth to it that I know we will use later on.

It's an amazing tool you can use to give and share feedback. You can integrate it with many other tool like Slack to push things forward.

The customer service is fantastic. Response time has always been incredible.

The flexibility is also a great benefit, I highly use custom tags and split different views based on our needs for prioritization decisions, market reach or competitors gap.

Intercom integration send us what is collected via the support. And then of course our dear CS and Sales team help us by writing notes after talking to our customers.

Very positive experience, I use it almost daily and also to weekly check the developments. Would add a progress bar or % on the tasks to better indicate the status.

Great scoring mechanisms. Integrations are getting stronger.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.

Productboard is friendly and easy to use, and really helps me keep track of the feedback our teams and myself collect from the customer. Thanks to the various integration I can never miss feedbacks.

Link customer feedback to Features. Great and responsive customer support when it's needed.

Good integration with Jira. Helps a lot when discussing the plans for the nearest weeks/months with the main stakeholder.
