What I love most about Bynder is just user friendly the interface is. Everything is in the right place, which makes it super simple to figure out on your own, with little to no guidance.

There's simple following highlights which could be improved. The custom API capacities.

The customer service has been nothing less than fantastic. So thank you for this highly recommendable product.

It is powerful, robust and configurable for most any set of circumstances in which it is used. Your support and customer service staff are absolutely wonderful.

Been using WebDAM for a couple of years now and love it. Helped us consolidate our product and beauty photography and other marketing assets into a single place and saved a ton of money and time.

The browser intergration is smooth and easy to use, allowing drag and drop and other useful features. The custom API abilities are very nice too.

One major issue is its inability to preview Word docs. Another is the restriction on length of item name that can be displayed.

What I dislike about Bynder is that it's not a household name.

Everything about having this software has been awesome. We like the Customer Service the most.

We are finally able to quickly and easily access nearly a decade's worth of archived assets. It makes it even easier for our artists to WOW our customers, which is a huge win for CustomInk.

And it is super recommended, to achieve quick changes for my social networks. An extra tip: its super easy to share in social media , its adjust to what you need.

Bynder makes consistent branding from project to project super simple. I also like that you can see what designs we have been contemplating and decided against.

You can also check for the perfomance of the video as a campaing, really cool info you could you,  i donna wanna lie i didnt use it to much, but its seems really cool.

I have had a positive experience with Bynder. The team is very responsive, and I really like the platform.

The pricing is aligned with their competitors so it's a competitive software solution for anyone to explore.

There are many here at the Lab who feel that the money spent on the WebDam product was one of the best investments the Lab has ever made. Couldn't be more pleased with the product.

Webdam was chosen to be our DAM system because of the ease of use and affordable pricing. The task of migration was a bit tricky.

It's also been great to have public links to the files (if desired) to send them out to people outside of the company, like prospects.

The interface is very clunky and it can be difficult to find what I'm looking for.

Envoke offers what a large email marketing program offers at a similar price with better customer service. And we prioritize working with local, small businesses.

No response and no excuse this hasn't been  done. UI of email builder is quirky to say the least.

I found some of the admin pages to be difficult to navigate - unorganized layouts with too many options.

I like the personal touch they add. Their help articles are clear and their email or chat responses have always left me with concise answers so I can get my work done efficiently.

I dislike finding photos stored in the photo library as they appear in one long list.

Easy of use, tracking and statistics, easy to incorporate graphics and create professional looking emails and invitations to Zoom Webinars.

It's a great tracking solution for nontechnical people. The integration of our website forms, tracking and email marketing system is essential.

I find navigating the image library a little confusing.

Some of our users who've worked with Mailchimp and other services find this awkward.
