If you accidentally schedule a post at the wrong time, you can't edit the time. You have to duplicate the post and then delete the one with the incorrect time.

I really love how cloud campaign is set up like a calendar and it is very easy to see if your client has approved or disapproved of the posts you created.

Frequents failures to post to Twitter, inability to export content library, and lack of 2-way alerts to clients re: post approval comments can be frustrating.

The analytics and reporting features give great insight that allow you to organically improve your reach.

Many have tons of bells and whistles that I never needed or even knew how to use. Downside is that you pay for all those unused features.

I love the features and ease of use. Some of the features I love - that you can build a graphic within Canva from within the program.

Posting videos is sometimes a challenge. Also, I don't like that it frequently disconnects our accounts.

The onboarding process can be a little tricky if you don't do it often.

From the sales team to the guys behind the scenes, everyone has been friendly, helpful and takes suggestions well.

The ease of use and ability to get my team included easily has really helped cut down on the time it takes to manage a client's social. This allows us to increase or volume.

The analytics is also useful in understanding what's working and seeing any trends that may appear. The ability to rearrange the queues is also useful in arranging content.

It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere.

As an agency, I have to pay $200/month or so for 5 client accounts...even though I'm really only using 1 right now.

The reporting feature doesn't work well for a large number of accounts. Getting the Instagram autoposting set up is a bit tricky, but it works once completed.

I would also like to have more in depth explanations for when a scheduled post fails to post. Sometimes the error message is very short and I can't figure out why a post has failed.

I was in search of an online CRM that was easy to use, affordable, and provided great reporting tools.

It the crm that include marketing automation and help desk  not only tha but also it is easy and fast crm. It organizes leads and sources and feed them in callers in priotized order.

It wasn't designed for telephone sales and was hard to build accurate statistical reports.

If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.

Pricing is actually accessible for smaller companies. The support is excellent, with very helpful technicians who do a LOT to provide guidance, information, and service.

Leadmaster has allowed us to easily integrate the data from admissions to our institutional management system with great ease.

LeadMaster offers a comprehensive CRM at a great price.

I also have a wide age range of reps and they all find the app very easy to use. I looked at several CRM's and for the price, Leadmaster was the perfect fit for us.

One difficulty is to remember that when updating the specific fields, many times the update has to occur in two locations.

Once we diligently utilized the software, we were able to create reports that showed the effectiveness of our salespeople in each step of the sales process.
