I believe that brand building and online lead generation and nurturing became accessible to many small businesses only after Facebook entered the picture.I still believe that Meta should be more vigilant about data privacy and spam users, as it is a head for genuine users and marketers.

We should be able to talk to someone directly over the phone and given a support number with people who have complete transparency and power over the ad account. Targeting options now also need to be improved. Stop removing targeting options from advertisers. Make it more granular, more manual, give more control.

Free, you can manage a lot of features to get a decent campaign at FB / IG at the same time and even the addition of Whatsapp. Really good way to manage and order admins, group accounts and assets, pixels for websites, ad accounts, assign people to specific resources, payment methods and more.

"Audiences" are being reduced by Facebook and your targeting options for niche products or certain groups could be hard to be reached. Customer support is really annoying, concierges never have common sense and do any analysis of what is happening with ads, images or whatever is happening. Customer support takes so long to respond to you at least a week, that will cause a problem with your client if you are an agency, if you are independent is very stressful know that you are wasting time with an ad if it is time sensitive. If as an agency you pay multiple clients can't divide the invoice into that many accounts, or at least get their accounts mentioned, but you can have a list of every single ad mixed all together.

I'd like my feed back to be heard. • Notifications linger. It's impossible to clear all your notifications and actually stay on top of things. If I click on a notification, I want to know about the thing I click on. • Employment Advertising. Don't waste your time if you are a restaurant/bar/brewery. Facebook's rules have made it impossible to do paid advertisements. • It would be nice to have photo editing like instagram has in the app.
