Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The API's are extremely powerful and a great feature.
  • Ease of use, outstanding UI and UX. Responsiveness of the team (I can't believe how much of my wish list has been implemented).
  • Cons

  • There are a few issues that we have found, but honestly have failed to report because they are so minor. And we can always get what we need on the desktop version.
  • This after you even pay, they will take away features from you until you contact their customer service, which AGAIN DOES NOT REPLY.

  • The ease of multiple tabs. The ease to import/export data.
  • I understand that their customer service was good. We had a nice relationship with our representative, and we had high hopes of utilizing this program throughout our organization.
  • Cons

  • Teradata can get tangled up in multiple queries running simultaneously and result in a much delayed processing. I think the UI is still backdated and desperately needs a next gen look and feel.
  • Extremely difficult to utilize for any amount of project management. Initially, our team tried to use it with plotting out all the approvals and review and such, and it was a nightmare.
