- The ease of use, the suggestion engine, the automatic publishing and the intelligence behind it. Besides that this is a company where Users are persons not numbers and they really care about us.
- What I love most about Hyefury is how easy it is to use. The layout is clean, the prompts inspire great writing and the scheduling feature helps me keep up content, even in my sleep.
Cons
- I sometimes experienced issues with lag but these problems have since been solved.
- I do think overall the pricing is on the premium side. This means they only target serious users.
Pros
- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
