I can't say it's always the software's problem since I don't have a lot of experience with other Mailing Apps. That said, I struggle sometimes when my workflows become somewhat more complex.

The design options and templates are very good. Very good analytics and very easy to import mailing lists.

The open rate on the newsletter is lower than it should be, a problem due to Mailerlite's servers getting blacklisted from time to time. It's rather frustrating when that happens.
