It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

It is highly confusing, make some small mistakes in their confusing dashboard and get charged extra.

Sometimes things fail and can take a while to get to the bottom of, some of the reporting feels lack lustre and limited given the volume of emails we send.

Ever since last September, we've had about a 1% error rate with Sendgrid due to random 406 errors. Based on what we've seen on the internet, we're not the only ones.

It is super easy to set up and manage, and also provides comprehensive reporting on how each email was sent and processed.

Sendgrid has an awesome service for email marketing and transactional emails. It works 100% of the time, the support is amazing and it even gives you a free plan that will serve most people.

I am satisfied with the result and the free plan works great for starting projects.

It also makes it easy to see if people successfully unsubscribed from promotional emails.

Developers can create API keys for SMTP email sending from their application and it is relatively easy to integrate it because all major programming languages are supported out of the box.

Especially for the bad support and Sendgrids billing plans. One month we had to pay for three different subscriptions.

The contact calculation is confusing. Difficult to delete contacts, Extremely bad customer service experience.

WAs disappointed because we were referred to this program. Found the price to make it even more discouraging to stick with it.

Then recently, Microsoft started blocking the emails. I found out this was because a spammer had used their service and got the shared IP blacklisted.

As a utility integration that the rest of our software depends on, this is wholly unacceptable. Imagine your product, and imagine that 1% of emails your product sends just randomly fail.

Sendgrid is easy to use and offers a great way to check if tools are processing emails correctly to users.

Great functionalities and way too good email delivery results. Tracking of Emails is diverse and helps get a great insight into various metrics.

The customer service has always been pretty quick to get back to me. It's a popular service with a lot of integrations available.

Sendgrid offers 100 emails per day on a free plan which is good enough for testing and building prototypes.

Currently we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with both the support and the product itself. I would leave tomorrow if we could.

Our non profit selected SendGrid after recommendations from other groups in our organization. After we got through the extensive set up it has been easy to use.
