Not that you have to use several software to do 1 important thing, and that is calling. That you can type everything you want easely and that you can categorize evrything very smoothly.

Reporting, No voice drop feature, No calling number show up.

And the price is great too. On the con side I can only think of the statistics but they are improving every month.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
