I purchased a membership for a year for $257.14 the program has stopped working and there is no contact with support. They are not responding to my requests about problems and how to fix them.

I also really like the search and discover function, which helps you find trending content from hashtags so you can repost it.

I am pleased that content management is comprehensive and convenient. This is my favorite feature.

I needed an easy to use system for situations where Facebook Business Suite wouldn't work (sharing videos and images in the same post for instance).

My content wouldn’t post or it would disappear and it was just very confusing to use.

I like how the software shows me how my tentative posts will look like once they are on my Instagram, which allows me to create a color scheme or theme for my social media.

Sometimes the posts don't actually post to my social media (there's a delay or they simply never go through) but then another post following will.

I liked that we could schedule posts and plan out our grid to be cohesive. It is very helpful in that aspect.

It is very visual and has a good price. It is also easy to use and what I like the most is that you can see how your Instagram feed will look before you post.

This makes posting easy and is much more visually appealing.

I'm not sure if they were purchased by someone else in the past 18 months or if they just shifted to a profit-only model but the experience has been only negative for quite some time.

I don't like that we can't tag people in our posts when scheduling.

It's very helpful to see what users will see when they visit your profile. It is also super easy to use for planning out your post captions and using groups of hashtags super quickly.

You can also find and save sets of hashtags which is perfect for creators in a hurry.

Planoly looks great and it's fairly easy to pick up. The grid preview is an amazing feature for anyone keen on having a specific aesthetic.

I love that planoly helps you plan out and schedule posts for Instagram. It was very organized and easy to use.

The basic user plan is too limited when it comes to the number of posts you can make in a month. Finally the arrival of the web interface of instagram makes this application very uninteresting.

It is very easy to use and the fact that you can plan even an entire month and make automated post gives you extra time to invest in another task.

Custom fields, call logs, integration with Google Calendar and email just really round out this product. Support is fantastic as well.

I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.

Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.

Custom reports are not custom (you cannot filter by custom fields, for example). Reporting in SharpSpring is very poor.

We have integrated Sharpspring with other software systems which has been seamless and has allowed us to develop a really powerful platform.
