  • Pros

  • Sanebox is a tool with a simple and neat design, very easy to use from the first time. The integration with the most popular email platforms is extremely easy.
  • The amount of organization and therefore ability to prioritize tasks in fantastic. This therefore saves me time; which equals money.
  • Cons

  • Sane no replies and sane reminders are a tad confusing.
  • I basically had to figure out the problem on my own, but that could have just been the individual I was working with and not a company-wide issue.

  • I love that the conversation moves to email so that I can get updates and my issues/ concerns always get addressed/ wrapped up.
  • Ease of automation setup with just a few clicks.
  • Cons

  • Seems very basic for this type of tech. Hate that I have to go through an entire list of things to make a change on one window.
  • They refused to make any changes to our campaigns even when they had the wrong phone number and website URL for our business.
