Makes it easy to integrate content creation and management!

PROS

I love how Vista Social made managing and crafting posts for social media much simpler. It's amazing to have one platform that covers it all - drafting captions (which we all know can be incredibly time-consuming), monitoring social media conversations, and pulling together analytics for client reports. What I really appreciate is no longer needing a bunch of different tools for these tasks, like I used to. It simplifies everything -- even those who haven't used any AI or social media management tools will find it uncomplicated to use.

CONS

I don't have anything I specifically dislike, but if they can add a tool that makes it easier to do community management, that would be great.

Feels like Hootsuite just got an Upgrade

PROS

I like how they onboard new clients. It was a seamless transition. I do not need to talk to anyone to get started (which annoys me). I want to explore new apps by myself and then reach out to their support team only if I need to. They provided a 14-day free trial when we got started which helped us compare their app to other apps we were testing before making a decision.

CONS

Nothing as of now, to be brutally honest. I will update my review if something comes up, but so far we are all good.

Well designed Platform and app for Social media management

Very good experience. I like the seamless integration with the social media profiles. AI capability was good and really helps you fast track your social media posting

Combination of post scheduling, chat, and review management into one intuitive interface is really good. The platform's design is visually appealing and user-friendly, it easy to navigate and utilize its diverse functionalities. I really liked ability to select specific pages for interaction, preventing confusion by consolidating messages into separate inboxes. Vista Social's AI capabilities are impressive. You can get good feedback and this will help you speed up your social media posts. The app is also really good to keep track of all the conversation and calendar. Notifications are there it can be helpful for support staff to be on top of converstations and issues.

CONS

Users cannot drag and drop scheduled posts to reschedule, requiring manual date changes. I had some problems initially to connect my social media accounts but this was a minor issue. Sends a lot of notifications by email. (might be good for an assistant who is continuously engaged)

I switched from Agorapulse. Great Decision!

Overall, it was worth making the switch from Agorapulse to Vista. At the time, Agorapluse didn't take AI integration as seriously as Vista did, and that's a deal breaker for me. So much of my stack is integrated with AI, so I need a tool that can keep up with that.

PROS

Solid onboarding videos to help navigate and get used to the UI, and I find the UI is much more user friendly than Agorapluse (the last SMM software I’m used to using). It’s more clean and easy to navigate, especially after watching the onboarding videos. The AI assistant helps shorten the first draft of my copy, all the while maintaining my brand's tone effectively. This saves me hours of time, without having to leave the app and navigate to ChatGPT. It’s already built-in the dashboard. last point. Having built-in reports is very convenient and saves me so much back and forth from having to generate reports manually with an external software.

CONS

I don’t see any chat box support. That would be nice to have. If they added an AI image generator to their AI Assistant (similar to the one in ChatGPT-4), then that would take this software to the next level. I understand that they’d need to charge more for that feature, but I would pay it. Last thing, I have trouble keeping my instagram connected. They should fix that bug. I don’t think I’m the only one who has experienced this issue.

All In One Social Media Tool Must Have

Love that Vista Social is like the Jack-of-all-Trades of all social media management tool that I have used. It exceeded my expectations. It has all the features that I want. No need for me to subscribe and pay for another app.

CONS

None. I love the features. All of them is helpful but if I really have to choose, I like the least would be the Reviews feature.

Step up from AgoraPulse!

It was overall a great experience not just for me but for the whole team. The transition from Agora to Vista Social was smooth.

PROS

I like how it helped our team manage our Social accounts better. We can plan ahead of time, we have social media content ready for the next 6 months. The AI assistant cut our work in half and we were able to reallocate our resources to other marketing materials.

CONS

I think the mobile app can be improved for better UX.

Vista Social User Experience: Easy to Use and Impressive Features

In general use, it is very fluent and with its beautiful features, it speeds up our work and adds efficiency. I was able to use the platform without any problems with its interface and ease of use. This made a good impression on me. I can say that I like its practicality and nice innovative features.

PROS

It was very enjoyable to work with AI's suggestions and accurate predictions for titles and posts while creating a post. I loved this feature. At the same time, post planning, hashtag suggestions and integrations were my favorite and most frequently used features.

CONS

I wanted to ask live support immediately about a couple of issues that came to my mind, but there was no live support, there was a communication section that would respond late, I guess I didn't like this issue a little.

Vista Social - Far From Normal

It has been great! I've been using them for several months now.

PROS

I liked the pricing the most. Though the product/service in question is pretty similar to the others, it is not as highly-priced as others such as HootSuite and Social Pilot. I also enjoy the interface, which seems pretty modern and complex. Though not many enjoy "complex," for me it is a big plus.

CONS

I did have some trouble integrating with Facebook, but Customer Support was very easy to work with. They resolved the issue in seconds, not minutes.

Pricing was far too high for HootSuite. I enjoyed this interface much more immensely.

Loved Ai assistant

PROS

I loved the AI assistant with tone option. With the tone option, I could take a post for example from Instagram and change the copy with ease when deploying to varied platforms such as LinkedIn which is a more formal audience. Tone choices were assertive, casual, formal, motivational, funny, and a few more I can't remember.

CONS

Doesn't integrate with Threads yet but it's coming down the pipeline. This is true for most of its competitors.

Initially, I had my doubts about shifting from HootSuite, which I've used for years. Best Out of the Box Option I've Ever Seen

Outstanding.

PROS

Having used darn near every social media scheduler out there, from dirt cheap to Enterprise, Vista is the best scalable social tool that I've ever seen. The scalability and flexibility of Vista are some of the primary reasons we're switching. During our free trial, we were able to set up an account at business start and have all of our clients imported over and content created before lunch. The AI tools have already helped us streamline our efforts, save time and be more efficient. This is one tool that I can already say will help us grow our business for years to come.

CONS

No real "dislikes" at this time. A few product improvements down the road I'd like to see: generate dynamic content via reviews, expansion of the Profile Group Types (e.g. "Campaigns" have a date range on them) and Scheduled posts to override the Queue.

Reason for choosing Vista Social

As an agency owner: 1) Cost. By switching, we saved more than $184 without compromising service to our clients. 2)Functionality. To be able to execute a complete self-executed onboarding of all our clients within minutes (not hours) is a testament to the easy functionality of Vista. 3) Platforms Supported. In my opinion, you will not find a SAAS tool for the price that supports more platforms, seamlessly.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I've managed two social media agencies over the past five years, and it's always been a challenge to find a dependable social media management platform with all the features we need at an affordable price. Vista Social has completely changed that. The platform allows you to connect to every major social media platform, including Pinterest, Google Business, and even Yelp! Plus, I've only ever seen the ability to assign users to review posts on platforms that charge $300+ each month.Before Vista Social, I was paying $170/month for 15 social media profiles PLUS an additional $60/month for Tailwind accounts schedule to Pinterest. Now, with Vista Social, I'm only paying $100/month for 20 different profiles, including Pinterest. Not only is it more affordable, but it actually has more features than the program I previously used.

PROS

Vista Social has all of the features I was looking for in a social media management platform at a more affordable rate than any other programs I tried. My favorite feature is the ability to assign a team member to review and approve posts. It has made collaborating with clients so much easier! We used to use Google Sheets to get client approval on posts, but this feature allows them to review all of the posts directly on the site with a click of a button. If they approve, the posts are automatically scheduled to publish, and if they reject them, they can submit direct feedback. It has saved us several hours each month and made the client experience seamless.

CONS

It's honestly hard to think of something that I dislike about the platform. The only thing that comes to mind is it was difficult to figure out the task feature. I assumed it would automatically create tasks once a post was assigned for review, but it didn't. I wasn't able to figure out how to create manual tasks either, but that might be more user error than anything else.

SocialPilot did not have the ability to send posts to clients to review and approve. The price point was also much higher.

I was a happy customer of Agorapulse for over one year. My only complaint was they did not have the ability to publish to Pinterest. When I came across Vista Social, I was shocked to see they had all of the same features as Agorapulse (plus some) and also allowed Pinterest publishing. Not only that, but it was also more affordable.

"Great social media management tool - Straightforward interface"

Vista Social is addressing the issue of switching between multiple accounts on Facebook Meta by offering a unified and centralized platform to manage all social media profiles. Moreover, the AI assistant has proven to be a useful aid by providing suggestions for wording and creative captions when I'm struggling. The user interface of Vista Social is simple and easy to understand. It didn't take me long to get the hang of it, and I was able to explore all the features without any difficulties. One feature that I particularly appreciate is the Virtual Assistant for captions, which is incredibly useful when I'm struggling to find the right words.

CONS

I have some reservations about the Reels publishing feature on Vista Social. Although I appreciate that this platform provides the option (which is not always available on other social media management tools), I find that adding trending audio can be a bit confusing. I'm often uncertain whether it will be as effective as it could be, which makes me a little hesitant.

Intuitive and very easy to use

The AI assistant helps a lot to answer messages and comments more quickly. The organization of the content of all platforms in the general calendar is an excellent way to visualize everything at once and quickly.

PROS

I found Vista Social to be an intuitive app, easier to use than others I tested, it is easy to add new team members and give them the appropriate permissions. The interface for scheduling content is clear, very visual, the calendar is excellent for viewing all scheduled content on all Social Media channels.In addition, you can create a media library and have everything at your fingertips.The features that Vista Social has are very complete and I think they surpass other apps. The difference with Vista Social is that it is easy to use, it has no complications, it is an all in one. In addition, it has extra tools such as an AI assistant to respond to comments and messages, even the "Listener" tool pleasantly surprised me to follow up on various social networks. I think this APP is worth what it costs and I recommend it for Community Managers who manage multiple accounts on multiple platforms, it will save a lot of time and resources.

CONS

I found a very few disadvantages, as you can manage many social networks, including Reddit, Pinterest and Youtube, however for some social media platforms, only a few tools are available. Still, you have almost everything covered.

Fantastic social media management platform - all the features we need and fraction of the cost!

Easy to learn. The product is very focused on being very feature complete while letting me run my social media just the way I want to.

PROS

Completeness of the offering. I don't think I found a social media management platform before that is no complete! Awesome scheduling and publishing features, and inbox, reviews, listening and so many supported networks!

CONS

Ability to publish Instagram Stories (only through the mobile app) but I understand that it is a limitation of Instagram.

Our Team found home at Vista Social

Vista Social has provided us with an all-in-one tool that will drive our social media campaigns to our clients to success. We are so glad that we have found Vista Social and made the switch. From using 5 different tools to handle our hundreds of accounts we are just now opening one dashboard with features like Smart Publisher we never knew we needed but now cannot leave without.

PROS

The top-most thing that we loved about Vista Social is the ease of use and value for money. As a small company, we have always been struggling with different tools to use that would make all our social media work possible. This has resulted in different and endless trial accounts and basic accounts from different software. But with Vista Social, we got a sophisticated social media tool that has everything we need and then much more! We really are blown away and we continue to be blown away by its features. With such very affordable pricing that offers top-tier services we can only dream of, we are definitely here to stay. We have found a home right here!

CONS

We feel like the content finder can still be developed. It would be fantastic if we get to find more results for news articles. Though we understand that our topics can be very niche at times.

Great tool, love the find content feature!

A great experience. Easy to use interface and great, innovative additions. Good value for money too.

I really like the inbox function, easy to use interface unlike its rival Sprout which I was using previously. The ability to run reports is also a nice function, super easy to navigate. I have shown team members how to use this so they can create reports in my absence in a manner of clicks!Adding profiles to the account was great. I've found with other social management platforms that it can take a lot longer than Vista Social. The media section is a nice bonus too and not something I have seen before. This was particularly convenient for scheduling posts for TikTok. Having all your media, which includes sounds too, was very useful.The task section is another function I have not seen on competitor sites. I find this very good for creating tasks and managing what my team are doing. My intern loves this functionality as they can clearly see what tasks they still have to complete.I love, love, love the find content feature too. Being able to find news, trending #'s, and GIFs all on the same platform is a real time saver.

CONS

I would like to be able to pick the scheduling time on the same page as when you create the post. Not a big thing but I don't see the need to be brought to another page with the calendar. This could be a smaller section at the end of the page where you create the post.

Vista Social, many gracias!

As a small social media agency managing multiple brand accounts at once, we definitely needed "some" help. We had been looking for a tool to provide simple and easy management with insight into all social networks, and I am very glad that we have Vista Social now. The design is beautiful, and the layout is user-friendly. In general, I am very pleased with the dashboard panel, and the overall experience is very smooth.

PROS

The option to save hashtags in groups is a very handy additional feature. You may save time when adding hashtags to your posts by identifying each category beforehand. The platform also provides hashtag recommendations. This is a really practical function, especially for content creators who need to support their work with SEO. Thanks to the nicely designed calendar preview, your weekly and monthly posts may be checked and revised on a single page. This is an efficient function, especially when you need to simultaneously manage various social media channels. Plus, the feature of "pinning the first comment" is beneficial for social businesses. You have a clear view of the image, the content, and the pinned comment in the preview. This is quite helpful for avoiding errors and ensuring the design is fluid.The media library is also well thought out. We can upload pictures, videos, and audio. This has been a fantastic solution for us as we regularly publish multimedia content. It can also be used to review and repost content that has performed well. Our content development was streamlined by populating this library with every piece of material we could need and then selecting suitable media to post when needed. The media library was also helpful in giving us a place to store all of our stuff in one place.

CONS

The site is functioning pretty well; however, it took some figuring out to select the social accounts on the publish screen, which could have been easier for the user to navigate. The platform allows you to create tasks and prioritise them, which is great. It would be helpful if the Quick Add feature included an "add task" option.

Reason for choosing Vista Social

It's simple to plan out content and schedule or publish it whenever you want. The publish page is well-designed, and it is particularly helpful to provide the user with the word limit for each social media network. Before we switched to Vista Social, our company experienced trouble with the previous tools because of this very problem. Due to word count issues, the content we wrote had to be cut short, which caused trouble for both our followers and us. Fulfills the dream of social media management

Most of the social media managers are having a hard time executing the content in the most efficient or fastest way possible, so the platform adds value by making the impossible possible for the digital marketers to save time and perform in an effective manner to make more valuable content. Furthermore, it offers valuable service at a fair price, which is a dream come true for most of us.

PROS

What I like best about the tool is that it includes the features required when managing multiple social media platforms at once. From scheduling, posting, adding team members, reviewing feedback, replying to inboxes, etc. This is a game changer for most digital marketers since it is an efficient and effective way of dealing with the brand and business to develop further strategies that will aid in conquering the market. There are various upsides that Vista Social offers. Initially, it is evident that this platform is visually appealing, polished, and professional, so we can conclude that it is well-designed and managed. It works quickly and correctly according to what you expect when working on something. It is fast and functional and doesn't show any errors or poorly constructed areas of the site. In addition, it is user-friendly since it provides information and tutorials on how to use different functionalities of the platform, which makes it easy to use even though it is your first time encountering such things. This is why the app is a critical factor in understanding the platform thoroughly, which will make you stay on the website and eventually enjoy your experience. The only thing I disliked about the platform was the time when I tried connecting my social media accounts because it didn't recognize or read my other social media accounts and said there was an error. This is time-consuming and annoying on my part because I need to try it over and over again and switch to other social media platforms that work well with the app. There was also an instance, after finishing the process of linking my social network accounts to the platform, they failed to display or show up on my dashboard, forcing me to correct the issue manually.

The most versatile and affordable social media tool I have used

overall I am really happy, and as someone who works with small to medium businesses, I will be recommending it to them. Although it is really affordable, it doesn't lack functionality one bit, which I think I first expected when I saw the pricing. My tip would be, to make sure you have time to really go through the tutorials and take up email offers to meet with customer service reps to help get used to the platform. Investing in time to really get to know the platform and what it can do for you, and how to use it will speed things up in the long term. If I started all over that is what I would do.

PROS

I love the pricing of this platform. I am a freelance social media content creator and manager for small to medium businesses. In comparison not only is it on par with more expensive options with functions, but it is also a fraction of the cost. I love the easy reports that you can collate, you can pick a variety of reports to generate depending on what targeted information you are wanting to gather, and it is presented in an easy-to-read and share format. I also like the simplicity of linking accounts. My favorite function overall was the grid planner for Tik Tok and Instagram. This Function makes planning out these socials so much easier. I have used other paid platforms that are more expensive yet still didn't have a grid planner like this. I also enjoy the link to free images and videos, you can easily grab relevant photos or videos to go with your posts without even leaving the platform. The same goes for finding blogs and articles to link and create content to populate your social media content strategy.

CONS

Like any new platform, it takes a little playing around to get your bearings and understand the functionalities, however, there were good pop-up demonstrations when I first signed on, emails and support. Sometimes I was too busy to go through and read everything. I did have two accounts randomly disconnect, however it was literally a click of a button to reconnect and I didn't lose any scheduling I had done from the disconnection, which I was scared was going to happen and something that has happened on other platforms.

Reasons for switching to Vista Social

I saw the cost and thought I'd give it a trial first, and was really happy with it, so switched over to save money. Right now with the cost of living going up, every cent I can save counts.
