Converting reports to pdf feature should be a breeze, but doesn't convert the entire report and is useless.

Zen Planner has a lot of good features. Billing, client tracking, scheduling, and integration into our website are all pretty smooth.

There are SO many ways to customize reports to your liking and integrate with other software. And I love the icons chosen for each area of the program.

The Costomer service help. I know I can ask anything and they will have the answer.

Zenplanner is chock full of features (other than membership discounts, as mentioned above), but it's so full of features that it becomes clunky and hard to use.

There is one thing that really bothers me. Approximately once a week it just kicks me out of the app and doesn't allow to log in, app shuts down too frequently.

What I liked most about this software was the amount of things that it can do to not only help manage the numbers but keep the clients engaged and happy.

So now ZP is helping me save more precious time and I'm learning more about my business in the process. Thank you reports and automations.

I have to make an effort to not touch it. When you have a LOT of members (>350) it's a pain to always click people or students - and do show all.

The customer service and ease of use. The phone system for tech support is the best.

Whenever I have an issue the support team is always there to help and they solve the issue very quickly which is super ideal due to more than 1/2 of my work is accomplished on Zen.

Easy to check members in and out. Had a great user interface and was very easy to read and understand.

Zan Planner makes it easy to sign up for crossfit classes. It is also a great way to edit payment, etc. I like the feature of being able to see who is specifically signed up for class as well.

Up until the COVID-19 crisis, we were big fans of ZP. However, since the crisis began their Tech Support team has been dismissive and unhelpful.

This is a beautifully made system, the apps definitely need work and more ease of use, functionality, but the desktop version is beautiful.

This product can be customized in many ways to meet the specific operation of your business. The interface is slick looking and makes good use of screen real estate.

The automations are great if they're set up correctly. Their customer support is amazing.

However, some receive an alert everyday until they pay. That is annoying for the members and makes us look like we're harassing them.

Support was good -  very responsive, with multiple ways to contact them. I also appreciated the discounts they gave businesses at the start of the COVID shutdowns.

ZP has refused to do so, which leaves us in a very had position because our designer could easily make technical errors that will cost us a lot of money to fix in the future.

The payment integration is helpful and there are some pretty high level reporting capabilities.

While Zen Planner had a lot of features, it was terribly difficult to use them.

So we decided rather than go through the hassle & potentially be charged further we would just cancel - their loss.

Lots of good features , easy to use schedule setup.

It confused the hec out of our staff (who are 98% volunteers).

Fantastic customer service. Our ClubWorx representative has gone above-and-beyond to help us to be able to discover and use many of the amazing features that the ClubWorx program offers.

Switching to ClubWorx remains as one of the best decisions we made. The software is constantly being updated and improved upon, with new features being added as well.

I like the ability to track a students progress to help improve student retention.

It doesn't have an auto email system where an email can be delivered automatically when a student misses classes which other competitors did but they also charged about $100/mo.

It may not happen instantly but it's great when you get an email about a new feature that's been something you've enquired about a few times.

The support is fantastic. The staff have been very accommodating (and patient!) to any requests for additional features and explaining how best to navigate situations.

Sign in feature help us a lot to track overall attendance at our facility.

The few niggles I have with the functionality will no doubt be fixed up in upcoming releases - well done guys.

Need a referral system or credits for classes and groups. Better integration with some standard autoresponders - can be done via API, e.g. Mailchimp, Get response, Aweber, Infusionsoft etc.

The use of waivers has been handy in reducing paper forms and having to file them correctly. Also the Integration with Ezidebit has made receiving payments a lot easier for me.

We feel very honored and blessed to have found such a great organization and individual reps.

Send text and emails easily, tracks passes, customer info, automation, integrations through Zappier (Beta).

Amazing intuitive software - simple to use and effective. Has revolutionised our fitness studio.

The software from and Admin and End User stand-point is difficult to use. Reports are not easily created for the admin and booking classes are not easy either.

There are no bells and whistles that you don't use.

Easy to setup and use software that give more expensive products a run for their money.
