Pros
- The trainer was very patient and helpful taking us through each step of the process. The Support Team has been outstanding with answering those questions that come up.
- Once you get used to it there is ease at working it. From other billing software that I have seen this is by far easier to maneuver through and find where and what you need to be doing.
Cons
- We have had trouble, not sure if its the software or internet, but it will kick you off during the afternoon hours. This happened frequently for a while but now is down to just a few times a month.
- Not universal for all PT conditions and was not able to be medicare compliant due to inability to fax documents.
Pros
- The reporting and the Billing Department is by far its strength. Started with GRS in Feb 2018.
- Once you develop the template it is easy to use.
Cons
- Very expensive to get a new user added, especially being a small group practice. Being charged a lot of money for monthly maintenance.
- Overall product support is poor, and god forbid you need them when a problems arises. Updates break the system from Windows, Greenway, and other standard 3rd party applications.
