Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
  • The support staff have been wonderful in getting these issues resolved, in fact they are corrected in one phone call for the most part.
  • Cons

  • That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
  • Wish we could scan forms, etc directly into the PM software without having to open the QuickCharts. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative about the program.

  • The idea of it is great, it anticipates before you even schedule and it is very easy to use and process payments.
  • Ease of use and sharing with clients. My clients are able to click the link and have the freedom to choose what works best for both of us.
  • Cons

  • It does not work with human resources, so it is limited to fulfilling its functions as a system for agendas.
  • It lets the client book and if they do not pay in 90 mins it cancels the booking. I don't like that it cancels out appointments even tho clients paid.
