I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.

We have been pleased with the ability of this program to adapt to our specific office needs.

It's a great money saver if you do billing in office. The link between the note taking and the practice management is seamless.

They seem to be VERY committed to making their program the best around. At the price, I don't think it can be beat.

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

I highly recommend ChiroQuickCharts. Been extremely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable.

The support staff have been wonderful in getting these issues resolved, in fact they are corrected in one phone call for the most part.

Wish we could scan forms, etc directly into the PM software without having to open the QuickCharts. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative about the program.

I love the fact that Quick Charts is now government certified. I also like the fact that their Tech Support is very helpful and American.

I purchased the system out right and I don’t currently hold a support contract because it is pretty pricey and I don’t need support enough to make it worth it.

Easy setup and training. Navigating the software is easy and most times, I am able to change the settings myself.

The best is the service. Has been slow once or so, but on the whole, very good.

Looking at the billing (PM) side of the software was difficult at first.

My customers said it is easy to use and they like making their own appointments. I highly recommend TT, it's like having another person in the office with me.

It lets the client book and if they do not pay in 90 mins it cancels the booking. I don't like that it cancels out appointments even tho clients paid.

For some reason after trial it didn't renew. It took around 3 weeks to figure it out and now we lost our discounted rate.

It was initially awkward to set up appointments so they appeared on the calendar ahead of being booked.

We recommend it for its excellent mobile access capability, and because it is good for synchronizing calendars.
