I love that it is use friendly, dependable, accurate, reliable, fast paced but most important provides the stats and reports within seconds.

We are just absolutely fed up with how Eclipse operates and were absolutely shocked to see that they are rated at 4.5 stars, currently.

It is user friendly and can be picked up pretty quick when you are trying to train someone on it.

So now I paid $$$$$ for software that does not work and they are not willing to help in spite of me paying for support for years.

What I like best about Eclipse is the software is all inclusive and very well integrated.

Learning curve for documentation macro. I have used Chirotouch macros for years and the documentation change was a little painful.

The technical support for this product is the worst I have seen in 30 years.

It is time consuming, difficult to manage and frustrating to use. They don't even update the ICD 10 codes year to year.

The product is easy to maneuver through once you get the hang of it and very well categorized. You can learn it easy without training.

You get what you pay for. It is cheap for a reason.

Eclypse is very easy to use and easy to understand. The technical support is quick, and they are very patient.

Within the next decade, after some experimentation, a scheduler had been developed and integrated that was as terrific as the billing.

Excellent search criteria and comprehensive exercise content. Lots of options for customization and easy to print, save, or email to clients.

I love being able to save exercises or groups of exercises. There are tons of exercises to choose from, and more are being added all the time.

Clients enjoy the portal and the ability to have exercises emailed to them as PDF files or printed in clinic. The ease with which you can add your own customized exercises is a pro for the PT.

Removal of app, when searching exercises sometimes the simplest form doesn’t pop up first all the time, some exercises aren’t in the program, lack of visible minority groups doing the exercises.

Ability to save multiple versions of the same exercise. Option to export as PDF.

Clients love when I send them the images, videos, and instructions for their home care. The software is easy to use and their database is always growing.

I've tried true coach and physitrack and simpleset has been my favourite software to use because of it's functionality for the price.

Can be quite laggy at times similar word search will at times miss exercises eg dead lift / deadlift. App does no longer work in UK.

It also is great with the Physiopedia integration they've added recently. It also usually had all the exercises that I need in my practice and the patients love the printouts.

I like that you can customize the exercises and save them in your favorites. They are continually adding new exercises.

Searching specific exercises or key words can be tricky to find specific exercises.

SimpleSet is a good way for clients to be able to access a program with pictures and a table to keep their progress. It is much better than the stick figures I would otherwise draw.

Super quick to setup, therefore no real need to integrate with existing software - can be used stand alone. Great variety of exercises.
