  • Pros

  • I love that it is use friendly, dependable, accurate, reliable, fast paced but most important provides the stats and reports within seconds.
  • I absolutely LOVE the team of tech support and cannot thank them enough for the great years of service. I hear so many horror stories with no call backs when issue arise other companies.
  • Cons

  • So now I paid $$$$$ for software that does not work and they are not willing to help in spite of me paying for support for years.
  • Learning curve for documentation macro. I have used Chirotouch macros for years and the documentation change was a little painful.

  • Very easy to set up and use for all our staff with emails under our business domain. Works without needing any input from IT support team.
  • Easy setup, fair pricing , reliable for business environments, instant support, didn't encounter any downtime the last 5 years.
  • Cons

  • I suppose I could complain about it not being free, but that would be silly.
  • And browser notifications are not working. I also wish we could do a template it auto-inserts for the start of every chat/text.
