Account Manager has been very good at providing education upon request.

I appreciate the ability to build algorithms, to quicken my pace, and ICANotes affords me this ability.

I like the ability to do electronics prescribing. The system of clicking buttons to insert text helps  speed documentation.

Quick notes that touch on all important aspects of visit. Economical, especially in light of how much you receive for the monthly fee.

The servers often go down, and on multiple occasions data has been lost due to this. The calendar is cumbersome, and SLOW.

I can breeze through the progress notes and intersperse information of the current session. Notes are comprehensive which allows me to feel secure of proving medically necessary treatment.

There are places where you can get stuck and can't move. For example, creating a patient chart that does not have all the required information gives you an error message.

They would not refund the 2nd month of charges because they do not refund for cancelations as a policy.

However, users complains about frequent  outages or screen freezing.

I have been using this EMR for about a year  and overall I am pleased. It's not inexpensive but is reasonably priced compared to similar programs.

Support staff are very helpful and always available. ICAN Notes is affordable and has been a good investment for my practice.

Technical support, instructional video tutorials,  ease of use.

Worked well but it can be a bit slow sometimes. I can recall losing data, but I was ale to fully recover.

Outstanding and responsive support staff. Developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists.

Overall it is a decent software platform. I have been able to create quality notes with the click of a mouse.

The transition from my previous EHR System was very easy. Customer Support have been amazing and always available to assist if there are any problems.

I asked for that with this product but was denied, I should have recognized that as a red flag.

It is extremely user friendly. The best feature to me is in the notes, where multiple clinicians can access and add to the same client notes.

The schedule is non-functioning, useless. The support team is available but not knowledgeable about their product and problems that arise from it.

Customer communication is outstanding. I have increased my productivity by as much as two sessions per day in the time I save using this product.

Top level management will respond if you ask. I think one of the best features is that you can access it from any computer with an internet connection, at no extra cost.

A system which is user friendly that I can understand what is being told to do.

You can do so much with this software!!! They also have superb customer service and training.

We have had consistent troubles getting claims correctly prepped. Information will be dropped or added incorrectly.

Also, you can link your treatment plan to your case notes so that you can address the progress made in treatment when writing a case note. It has a comprehensive list of all psychotropic medications.

Occasionally this is a great system. The support team is amazing I chat with them online and they've resolved any issues I've come across.

I certainly do recommend this software for any therapist who would enjoy appropriate documentation without reinventing complete notes from scratch after each session.

I can highly recommend Icanotes due to ease of use, ease of customization and superior and responsive customer service.

We love the tech support, the video instructions on youtube and the ease of the software's use. The program is the easiest I've seen.

The ease and functionality of the electronic health system is helpful for new employees. Also, the availability to create customized areas that are suited to your company's needs is superb.

Information is inconsistent from rep-rep. They have NO idea of how to transfer your records if you need to stop or transfer their service.

Friendly, easy to use platform combined with a truly supportive team. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good EHR at a great value.

Fair price, great customer service and reliable platform. They are a company with many years of experience, I have been using their product since 2005 and it has only improved over the years.

It is intuitive and helps in  efficient documentation. This allows for greater time to be spent with a patient instead of spending so much time on a computer.

Being a direct primary care practice, Praxis allowed great flexibility with documentation with the practice.

It gave me more time to spend with my patients and not as data entry clerk. Eliminated transcription costs, improved accuracy in billing and level of service.

Its ability to remember previous findings, descriptions & diagnoses, and to reproduce them intuitively in future encounters; ability to blend text for several diagnoses in the same note.

I built up my assessments and at this point, I finish my notes very rapidly and the notes are of very high quality. The system is easy to add orders and can be customized easily.

As with anything new back 20 years ago, it was all strange and new. Now with upgrades and enhancements I cannot think of any.

It keeps getting better and better. The Praxis team is a joy to work with, from the top down.

Easy to learn and easy to use. I can generate documentation of a high level of care with minimum time.

Ease of use, good support. Makes documenting more efficient.

I hate charting in general. I think this government guidelines are stupid and can't believe as doctors we have aloud this.

The speed of the server logged into is outstanding and seamlessly  connecting from home is a huge perk that we had probably undervalued.

But I did know that it helped with my transcription costs and I was able to realize how to document in order for me not to get denied the services I rendered to my patients.

I have used this product since I opened my practice in 2003. I have not changed as it is easy to use, and fast relative to other EMR systems that I have used at other clinics and hospitals.

Ease of use, personalization of the software to meet my specific needs, excellent support group.

I didn't rate the pricing because I have no idea what that is at now.

Best customer service ever. I have been with Praxis for over 12 years and had my brother and my friends also get the software because it is easy to use, affordable and take care of the job.

When I am really stuck I get a call from one of the designers of Praxis.

The ability to document thoroughly is at the top on the list. Praxis remembers what is written from one note to the next, so you build upon what is written from note to note.

Customer service has been terrific, always available, very responsive.

The ability to customize and make the program work for me and my practice. It is not a cut and paste or a T-sheet (popular back in the day).

PRAXIS is THE MOST UNIQUE and ADAPTIVE EMR I have ever seen...  (Concept Processing - AMAZING). PRAXIS gets better at autopopulating your note every time you use it.

Patient encounters are streamlined and efficient, permitting faster delivery of quality care and increased revenue.

I have used two other EMR systems and they were frustrating at best; dangerous for the patient at worst.

I like how it remembers how you document and integrates what you have done into new notes.

Template EHRs are proving to be inadequate and potentially illegal as they produce Cloned Documentation.

Having been involved in implementation of 3 separate EMRs, Praxis satisfies all my requirements the best.

He is always open, friendly, relaxed, and communicative. Before having this system, I never spoke with anybody outside customer support.

This is a very intuitive software and functions in the same way a physician evaluates a patient and creates a note. Produces concise, clean notes and integrates very well with Dragon.
