The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.

As an enduser I appreciate a clean and easy interface. Easy payments and bookings and canceling.

My overall experience with this app is great. It’s is very user friendly.

I really like the scheduling functionality, it's exceptionally intuitive and really helps me streamline organization.

Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.

This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.

The phone app is basically useless. I have to go into a browser on my phone and go directly to the website to be able to see the patient prescription history and send a prescription.

Limited customization possibilities and particular process requirements could necessitate more development or integration work.

Straight forward and easy to use. There isn't a very large learning curve which makes it easy for experienced admins to jump right in.

I had the chance to watch and engage with Allscripts Practice Management when I was interning at the university's pharmaceutical product development and research department.

Software updates generally result in problems and require IT involvement. I could go on and on - look elsewhere... there are many programs that offer much more for much less of a cost.

There are also great scheduling features included with this software that updates scheduling and registration for the physician to see.

The main problem has been the instability of their servers. Once again today, the Allscripts Cloud Server is not working.

I liked the era posting module. It was easy to use and posting electronic payments.

Displays nicely, user friendly for the most part, easy to navigate, Doctors like having the dragon.

Only shows who scheduled and the last user to edit. No POS system for us so we used a separate outside POS system.

Adds significant time to my documentation and patient care.

Allscripts charges and overcharges everything; they blackmale  customers with long contracts with no services delivered on their behalf. Their sale department is unethical.

So expensive they do not keep up they have made me loose a fortune and they do nothing about my loss in income.

This product is always updating and changing for the better. The system is easy to use and the support team is amazing at helping to work out any glitches.

Having gone through many upgrades and increasing costs through out every turn of the way. You will be charged additional maintenance fees for every interface you add.

The program also offers strong reporting and analytics features, allowing practitioners to learn important things about patient demographics, revenue patterns, and practice performance.

We have several providers, and the scheduling is very easy to set up and schedule patients in correct time slots.

Their customer support is horrible because half the people don't know what they are doing.
