Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It was introduced in Covid times and after that it has become part of daily life. It helps scheduling if your number of working persons are more than the available work stations.
  • Ease of use and instant booking updates. For this I consider it a good product.
  • Cons

  • Csv is a little bit of a pain, some data is difficult to access (specifically bookings that auto-cancel due to not checking in).
  • The cost, which inexplicably doubled in the space of two years. It should not work for active licences (one could forget to eliminate inactive staff).

  • The members are all very happy with it as well. They found it easy to set up and access their account.
  • The QReserve platform is easy to use and the customer support is outstanding - would highly recommend.
  • Cons

  • Because of this, we were forced to have multiple people set up as approvers for requests.
  • I dislike that since our QReserve allowed single sign-on for our company, we can no longer login using our distribution email.
