  • Pros

  • Easy to use and report capability. Clubworx reporting tool is amazing.
  • Clubworx has been scalable as my business has quadrupled and they have been able to support our management of this through automation, client management, and payment integrations.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't have an auto email system where an email can be delivered automatically when a student misses classes which other competitors did but they also charged about $100/mo.
  • Lack of financial reports, used eg for forecasting.

  • The customer service is by far the best I've experienced with any platform, especially since we started using StartupTree with a program that exceeded any other program they'd worked with in the past.
  • The functionality is good and they have helpful programming to engage users and administrators.

  • Error in submission when I try to submit an internship application.
  • The students sometimes have trouble loading large files.
