The best and highest quality product for your money. The system is user-friendly and the reporting mechanism is very flexible and adaptable.

Lack of response from implementation team. Absence of a test environment to begin training staff.

It made for a much more disjointed onboarding process and does result in some ongoing difficulties that seem like they shouldn't be as challenging as they are.

When we originally purchased Doc Assist to augment our existing Medix Elite- both from ADS-we were promised many features that were never able to be implemented.

The Patient Timeline is a very useful feature that chronologically shows items that have been entered into the patient's record. The Exit Plan feature is my favorite.
