It is a little difficult to find something while scrolling due to the amount of content we have.

We don't have a ton of training hours and we needed a solution that would allow us to train new team members quickly. PlayerLync offers a very easy and seamless experience for our end users.

Great software that helps us each and every day to improve our customer service.

I think a few bugs could be worked out but other than that I like the tool.

We have explored various options for best way to use playerlync to best benefit our franchise locations, and  have gotten a ton of support while going through everything.

The downside of the product seem to stem from PlayerLync being a relatively new business developing and honing the product at a rate that tries to keep pace with demand.

The software is easy to use, and can be deployed on a number of mediums. We are able to customize forms that we use in our order fulfillment process.

The software is easy to use and very mobile friendly. I like the ease of the system and how it functions with a user that has ever used it before.

Easy mobile access to video accelerates our sales cycle and saves us money.

I haven't had any challenges thus far with the software. Any issues that I have experienced have been addressed/resolved.

Video is a much more effective medium compared to paper collateral, and knowing that our videos play seamlessly on the iPad when presenting to a client is a huge advantage and gives me peace of mind.

Additionally, PlayerLync is saving us a significant amount of money that we were spending on costly print materials.

I can't say enough about how great the support team has been amazing to work with in rolling out PlayerLync in our organization.

We also use the software to create test that enable us to measure knowledge and design content to increase employee development.

I can't really say there is anything we don't like.

Accessability of content for end users and ability to host multiple file types. PDFs, videos, elearns, etc).

Only rarely did this happen, but there are instances of users missing important content because of connectivity issues.

PlayerLync team is very attentive and responsive.

And when we called customer service they usually knew about the problem but never shared it with us until we found out ourselves.

There is currently no API integration between playerlync and our Operations / POS system.

This LMS was slick and simple to learn. We reviewed many LMSs and liked the look and feel of this one the best.

The main advantage of the platform is its ease of use combined with excellent stability and cross-device compatibility.

As the Administrator I find the product very user friendly and intuitive. The employees have provided good feedback on ease of use.

This enables us to be very responsive to our clients. The customer support has been excellent throughout our two year experience of using this product.

The platform is excellent and allows you to easily and reliably manage both small workgroups and thousands of students.

Customer service has always been amazing, and there is extensive help docs (including help videos) you can search on your own as well.

So far, every problem i have encountered or request i have made, has been met with a custom piece of code to paste into system within 24 hours. I did not expect this level of service at $120 a month.

And on weekends/off hours I email support and they always respond within a few hours and are really good about helping me solve any issues.

It was very easy to follow the development and implementation within our company. Opportunities to do modules very interactive with company branding was very important.

TalentLMS has been fantastic in terms of support, quickly responding to all inquiries and technical requests. Where certain functionality is not available, they have provided effective work arounds.

The only disadvantage is the lack of reliability in tracking the real study time and the poor report at the level of individual content.

In addition, the system notifications are limited in their configuration, this has proven frustrating at times.

Customer support at TalentLMS has been responsive and helpful. Being able to customize the courses with our logo was a nice touch.

We are very happy with how Talent LMS has provided such a user friendly platform that has seamlessly facilitated our growth.

As the admin i have great visibility of who is doing what on the system and that is excellent for tracking and audit trail of the learning journey.

I have designed a number of my best courses using the TalentLMS and even my students are also happy with this platform.
