Plans are various, and you can choose to save some money if you don't need to deliver your emails too fast.

I tried to contact them 10 times; and they complety ignored my emails, because they know that it's their fault. Deleting an account is part of their privacy policy.

Disappointed that the package didn't include SMS functionality and the contact import and configuration could be more streamlined and simplified.

CSS not loaded correctly in first second of videos. Pages missing in users' path (load time, I can guess).

Easy to use, many interesting and useful features. Excellent solution of heat maps, allows a considerable improvement in the usability of the site.

Still improving our setup, anyway i think it's really awesome for b2c and ecommerce with main cms.

Also, the ability to set up filters is great; which is also free.

Seeing the precise actions taken on a website is amazing.

We trialled the free version and then moved to paid subscription, awesome bit of kit.
