The software is affordable, they give us for free trial for more than 3 months, which is wonderful to play with the software and we decided it is the best one for our needs.

Payment gets stuck in Razorpay. If you are suing multiple warehouses, commerce show stock combining from all warehouses even though we assign 1 particular warehouse to commerce.

Very easy to customize the page. This comes along with the options to integrate other Zoho products free of cost which make it complete package.

Developers have done a great job really. The best part is the customer service.

Create a website using drag and drop is a excellent experiance. Integration with other app like google analytic, facebook pixel is more easy.

Only copy the ID and past it in integretion part is excellent. Zoho offering 40+ apps for monitering website, inventory, accounts, and everying.

With the help of their support team, I was able to setup & successfully launch our website in 2 hours, since then any additional support or issues was addressed immediately.

Our cost and time savings have thus increased considerably.

Bugs, too many bugs, lack of customisation in front end.

Even the difficult features of ecommerce were made easy and simple to use like integrating with Razorpay, Google Analytics and setting  the payment gateway.

I spent an already excessive sum to use the serial number tracking in Zoho inventory. I don't need it in the online store, and Zoho wants $160 per month for that feature alone.

No news updates, Development team doesnt listen to what the users need, missing a lot of basic and critical configurations.

Support staff themsilves have lack of product knowledge at this point of time. The UI lags a bit with pieces of smal bugs here and there.

I love that it's a suite of apps that streamline daily operations.

Very easy to use product especially if you use the rest of the Zoho ecosystem. Commerce team is always available to help think through and customize to your business needs.

Even after using the trial, I had a lots of doubts while working on my real project. So every time I emailed my doubts, I got relevant solutions,  which I sometimes missed in the tutorials.

The templates, (Extremely poor designs) No option for product to be zoomed during hover, while this is very basic but necessary feature of every e-com website.

Easy cataloguing and easy Refunding options made easy to handle customers.

We get the required support whenever needed. Website speed is good and also its user friendly.

Other eCommerce software don't give many options for customizing, but Zoho has many customization options, which are easy to use and you don't need any developer knowledge.

I like the best that it contains various tools like building a website, managing orders, tracking the entire inventory, processing payments, and working to ship.

We had the best tech support and if like me you do not know how to do something they get on your computer remotely.

Obvious functions missing. High price for premium plans.

Other similar softwares don't have as much options for customizing as Zoho Commerce has to be honest. Customizations process is easy and simple to proceed with.

Easy integration with Zoho inventory and Books so invoicing and inventory management is much easier, integration with Google, FB etc is good.

And a lad named[ SENSITIVE CONTENT. Both of them have proved to be an excellent customer support representatives with required patience, skills and required knowledge of the product.

Overall experience with Zoho commerce is wonderful. I recommend many small and medium sized ecommerce platform owners to try Zoho.

Quiet honestly, this time with Zoho Commerce, Zoho has win our hearts. The program is such a powerful tool with ease of access.

Customer service has been excellent and the software is very functional and works well. For what i need it does the job perfectly.

We spend time troubleshooting products that are missing from the feed, but this is usually on our side so no fault of IntelligentReach.

We have used the Intelligent Reach platform to help us integrate to our marketplace partners for the purpose of trading via these platforms.

They are usually quick with this but its annoying that a basic feature like this is not available.

The Rules & Labels builder is extremely easy to use and allows us to quickly improve and enhance our feed; having a massive impact on our Shopping visibility and the queries we match for.

I love that we have the ability to share and set up feeds quickly, as well as identify and fix mistakes in existing product data and assign lables for better managment in each platform.

It has exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad we switched over to the Intelligent Reach platform.

I use it mostly for downloading the feed which is very easy to do. I also like the amount of support we get from your team which has been useful as I am new to the software.

The ease of these upstream integrations help us avoid bespoke work to our back end platforms which have a single integration at the start that no longer needs changing.

The way categories are mapped from your source feed to the master feed is slow and a little annoying.

There is no way to add in a secondary feed yourself at the moment.
