  • Pros

  • I really love the interface, it's easy and powerful at the same time. You have everything you need.
  • During the time we were using NewRelic we were 100% on-prem environment so for this model, the software met out requirement. It was easy to deploy new checks.
  • Cons

  • The pricing is absolutely crazy, especially for small companies. Too many features locked behind expensive paywalls.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.

  • The console gives me just enough information to give me a warm feeling that everything is ok, without an overload of messages when a slight issue pops up.
  • Ease of use and all of the capabilities it gives our team.
  • Cons

  • So currently I do not have anything that I don't like about the product.
  • I don't really feel there are any cons. I've tried other network monitoring systems and they are always difficult to set up and maintain.
