One of the best things is that you are always talking with people who really understand the system and seem to genuinely love their product.

This is an excellent product from a fantastic company with unparalleled user experience.

The product is easy to use and is very powerful in analysing any aspect of your customers data.

The User Guide and Help Chat facilities, both of which were used extensively during testing phase, are both excellent.

The flexibility and personalisation features are also very useful. Plus the customer service is great, always friendly and helpful.

Genuinely can't think of anything that I dislike about the platform.

The hands-on support from CSRs is fantastic, I have full peace of mind that our data is secure and if I do have any issues I can contact Beacon very easily.

It's very easy to edit, giving a fantastic degree of flexibility (something we need due to the nature of our beneficiaries).

With the product being so new there have been some teething problems and barriers where critical functionalities are not yet built, such as integration to gmail and calendar.

Some integrations are still under-development. We occasionally get duplicate records, but normally through human error.

I love the interface and how the views are so clear. The tools are so user-friendly and well-thought-through.

It's helping us drive our charity forward at pace, by being simple to use with great back up we spending our time managing things that matter not our software.

We've been most impressed by Beacon's willingness to explain and support. It's still early days but so-far so-good.

We really enjoy the ease of use approach, every task we carry out is done seamlessly and efficiently.

There are only a few integrations and no open API, although I know this will change in the future.

There are integrations with popular payments, mailing and accounting platforms. New fields can be created on the fly and integrated into screens very easily.

The interface is very pleasant to use and navigating the system is very intuitive - even for users not confident with IT.

The integration with Excel both for exports and imports is very good. Help always seems to be available, usually in less than 10 minutes.

This particular problem will be short lived as Beacon are now working on an automated system for inputting addresses so this should be up and running very soon.

It is very intuative and easy to navigate which is a real positive, it is like one of the team. It works out much cheaper than other CRMs we looked at because we have a small team of users.

BeaconCRM is an excellent CRM for non-profits and charities.

It's flexibility, ease of customisation and ability to integrate with other products.

Easy to use, fast, reliable and flexible. AMAZING customer support, not overly complicated  to achieve what you want to achieve (I am sure this is hard to get right).

I love the way that it integrates with Go Cardless, Stripe and PayPal to make the donation process as easy as possible for the donor.

However, the absolute best thing so far has been the fantastic and personal customer service.

It certainly cuts our time in tracking volunteers, assignments and printing reports. The Volgistics support staff is outstanding.

Some of the things we love about Volgistics is the ability to create our own look and feel in the management system and a linked application to the system.

I loved how customizable volgitics was when I was using this software. I could have multiple volunteer assignments open at the same time.

Sometimes it can be confusing to make a change in the setup of what volunteers see or how things function.

Tech support and customer service is top rate.

The scheduling works great, and the whole thing is easy to use. I would recommend Volgistics to any organization who have volunteers.

If you get stuck though. The customer service is second to none.

This software is great for companies or organizations that have to manage a large number of volunteers. You can track and keep statistics on a wide variety of things.

Great Customer Service and Ease for Volunteer Tracking.

I have enjoyed working with Volgistics, it's user friendly and intuitively designed for scheduling.

Initial set-up can be a little overwhelming and intimidating, but only because there are so many features and options.

Features and ease of use. It gives us everything we need to track our volunteers.

The database is very easy to use especially after using MS Access for years. It is, for the most part, very intuitive.

I first heard of them at a Volunteer training. The price is amazing and the support I got for set-up and currently learning the system is phenomenal.

Volgistics is a cloud-based volunteer management software that assists organizations of all sizes with recruiting, tracking and coordinating volunteers. Its key features include a self service portal, membership management, volunteer profiles and reward calculations.


The application comes with a module, which lets managers schedule volunteers for one-time tasks or recurring work and can send automated reminders via text or email on a daily or monthly basis.
