  • Pros

  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

  • We love the ease of pulling up a grant in the system and having all of the relevant info right at our fingertips (due date, grant period, notification date and summary).
  • The data features and metrics are great. I really like the reporting options that the program generates.
  • Cons

  • Somewhat difficult to navigate the dashboard having not used it previously.
  • Not enough flexibility in the info I can enter for each grant, no way to integrate with my calendar to add tasks automatically from Grantseeker.
