They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

The Mobile version does not include all features that reveal problems in my travel period.

Bitrix24 is very friendly user overall and the basic features are really useful that help teams collaborate and follow up on one another's role. The advanced features require further training.

Too many integration options and features in Bitrix24 can sometimes get confused.

They can not call you and you can't call them. So when you have an issue your screwed.

We got a great deal on Black Friday and they have so many integrations and so many products that you will never end discovering new features.

We used the software in a test environment for 3 months and had problems all along the way. Adoption from our team was minimal as the software was clunky to use.

The program is easy to navigate and was easy to integrate into the business.

I am glad to have a product like this, and my organization has budgeted purchase for the next fiscal year because we have been satisfied with the product enough to move forward.

Fluxx makes it easy to integrate information and updates from any website, keeping a non profit on track and visible. Graphics make the software appealing and desirable to designers in the field.

It is user friendly and clean. It's also helpful that you can assign tasks to different individuals.

Great interface and timeline abilities, and separation of tasks by user.

The majority of my funding comes from grants. A bit more difficult to track.

I love Fluxx since it keeps everything in one place. You can upload documents associated with each grant and they keep improving the capabilities.

It's easy to pull, save as an Excel and share with other departments.

Leaving us to encounter ERRORS constantly. The software does not auto populate critical information and one finds themselves retyping unnecessary information repeatedly.

I am fairly tech savvy, but it did take me some time to figure out how to properly enter information in a way that didn't make things more confusing.

Pros and Cons of Fluxx from Support Staff POV.

I like that it is user friendly for non-data base types like me, and using it is fairly intuitive.

It is unfortunate that the data exports and visualization are part of the upgraded experience.

Flux is a great tool to help us track the progress of our Grants. We can see how far along in the we are in the grant process.

We would go with one of the paid options if it had all of the things basic did plus organization details and advanced funder search if it was more reasonably priced.

It is very easy to enter new funders. The customer service team is also very responsive and wanted to hear our feedback on how we use the program.

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate when you are searching for something. I also find some of the fields you are forced to fill in redundant.

The data import and export features were hard for me to figure out, and even once I did, it was not hassle free. I got a lot of duplication of records during imports.

Overall, it's a very user friendly system and is super helpful to get a high level view of all our grants. Our grants department manages more than 30 grants annually.

It's really one of the best systems on the market; and the free price tag makes it a clear winner for small organizations that need to better manage their grant requests and reporting schedules.
