  • Pros

  • They guide you step-by-step through the process of app design, populating an app, and getting it ready for launch. Great tech-support staff.
  • I think the organization of this software is great, its clean, straight to the point and its user friendly.
  • Cons

  • It is a little bit expensive if you are just building your subscriber ship. It’s unfortunately the reason we ended up Migrating to a new platform.
  • I have really not run over anything I don't care for. In case there is a component missing they are available to add it.

  • I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.
  • The user interface is very friendly and intuitive. There are a ton of ways to find the information you need and built in tools to make your research more effective.
  • Cons

  • Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.
  • Each company has its own set of business rules. Sometime that can be confusing to know that everyone is following the same rules.
