Pros
- Easy to use and manage the auction from behind the scenes. Very professional platform and great support from Galabid staff.
- It was easy to use and upload items and it was easy for people to register and use. I was fundraising in lockdown for my best friend and i had no idea how i was going to run and distribute my auction.
Cons
- Found it difficult to get the colour options for the main page and the lot items right - it gives several options but none showed.
- This put off a lot of guests as they deemed it too much information or too much hard work when they didn't 'plan' on buying anything.
Pros
- I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.
- The user interface is very friendly and intuitive. There are a ton of ways to find the information you need and built in tools to make your research more effective.
Cons
- Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.
- Each company has its own set of business rules. Sometime that can be confusing to know that everyone is following the same rules.
