  • Pros

  • When I have an issue the representatives are always willing to jump on a call to discuss my concerns and are always helpful & polite.
  • ManageCasa is one of the newer software products out there but that’s definitely one of its advantages. Their tech support is ALWAYS available at no additional cost.
  • Cons

  • Whenever there are system updates, it is not communicated well to the customers. After most updates there are problems with accounting reports be changed or not working.
  • Old homeowners are showing up along with present homeowners. Past homeowners are being emailed from the system even though their info is no longer there as a homeowner.

  • The drill-down functionality of the software makes it easy to navigate through accounting transactions and provides a great audit trail.
  • The quality provided is top-notch, and always good to use. It seems the company has a great process in place to ensure customers stay happy.
  • Cons

  • It has very limited data analysis tools, which is not sufficient for streamlining the human resource department. It is not efficient for onboarding services.
  • We could not use it for onboarding, did not allow any place for us to keep notes on employees. It was difficult to navigate.
