  • Pros

  • Martus provides a good user interface for both administrators and users, ease of use, good exports to Excel and GREAT value for the money.
  • The support and training is fantastic. Onboarding and initial data load was completed within about 24 hours of executing the agreement.
  • Cons

  • Additionally, it does not have the same level of integration with other data-collection tools, making it difficult to utilize data from multiple sources.
  • It is hard for some non-accounting staff to use and understand, the options for displaying the data are difficult to navigate to be able to see what we want to see.

  • I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.
  • The user interface is very friendly and intuitive. There are a ton of ways to find the information you need and built in tools to make your research more effective.
  • Cons

  • Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.
  • Each company has its own set of business rules. Sometime that can be confusing to know that everyone is following the same rules.
