  • Pros

  • I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.
  • The user interface is very friendly and intuitive. There are a ton of ways to find the information you need and built in tools to make your research more effective.
  • Cons

  • Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.
  • Each company has its own set of business rules. Sometime that can be confusing to know that everyone is following the same rules.

  • With Smart Advocate's features, updates, support, and innovation, there is no other way but growth. It's a powerhouse of a tool for great staff, which gives clients the most significant outcome.
  • I have a great snapshot of where our referrals are coming from and how much we spend on those campaigns. This generates a clear cost per case and cost per call.
  • Cons

  • That said, when a dislike does arise, reaching out to SmartAdvocate usually remedies our dislikes. For example, the recommendation was to set up multiplaintiff parties under one case number.
  • It is both a good and a bad thing how much information can be stored into SA.
