It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

Not only do they have great orientation videos, they have excellent customer service on the phone (very patient, friendly, and efficient).

Good value for the price for not for profit organizations. It does everything that we need it to do.

This is disappointing as we now must continue to store hard copy files when we were hoping to eliminate them.

You can not export to excel. You cannot delete mistakes.

Great customer service and they listen to suggestions from their customers on how they can improve their product(s) to make them more intuitive and user-friendly.

It's a good way to track donors and volunteers and the exported reports are pretty good.

The customer service was great; Brandon was very patient and kind with me and provided great support throughout the process.

With Sumac, we got the perfect solution  excellent customer service and an easy-to-use product at an affordable price.

The only problem we have encountered is to link our website donations to the program. We are still not sure where this glitch lies.

While we continue to refine how we use Sumac to best suit our organization, I feel more and more confident the more I use it.

Once familiar with the program, it is quite user friendly. The ability to customize forms for different programs has been wonderful.

It has always been because of my lack of knowledge of it's capabilities.

Like that you could manage contacts, take payment and sync with accounting software.

We scheduled a demo with a Sumac Guru for our entire team and we were all captivated by the ease of use and functionality it offered  almost everything on our wish list (and much more).

It is sometimes difficult to load the software onto Mac computers.

Sumac and its staff have been really supportive and so responsive to our specific needs and even our suggestions for improving the software.

There's a wide variety of add-ons you can choose and our custom module works great. The website integration is seamless and saves us a lot of time.

But I am not very technologically savvy, and others will not be as easily frustrated as I am.

Sumac is incredibly easy to use, is customizable, and the free support is outstanding. They are always happy to help.

The switch from a manually managed membership list to an integrated data base has been smooth thanks to the excellent support from Sumac support and other staff.

For example, Having all gifts in the same group as any other notes and points of donor contact is rather frustrating due to the cluttered nature.
